Acupuncture is a natural treatment used in holistic medicine. It causes relatively few side effects and has been a practice used in human medicine since the origin of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It's also been used on animals for quite some time as well. An acupuncture session consists of our doctors inserting needles in certain spots in your pet or animal's body, based on his or her particular issue.
Blood tests are an essential part of diagnosing what is ailing your pet, just as they are in human medicine. Blood tests can tell the veterinarian a myriad of things, from whether your pet is dehydrated to whether he or she has anemia to whether your cat or dog is suffering from cancer. Red blood cells are used to determine a number of factors.

Dr. Cosper has been our vet of choice since he had the tiny office on Stover Rd, I'm talking 1994. Over the years he and his staff have treated my mare, two goats and five canines. He and the other doctors always have been nothing but knowledgeable, and caring, whether it is concerns wellness visits, surgery, diagnosis and treatment of ailments or emergencies. I give Arrow Animal Hospital 5-1/2 Stars.
