When we first moved in they baited and switched us, they let our movein date come and go even though we were supposed to be out of where we were staying. Originally it was an apartment for $850 but April told us it was not ready, there were so many issues and it just wasn't liveable yada yada. We literally needed the key that day so we got baited into a 2 bedroom for $1125, plus around $150 of extra utilities, with the rent going up 50-100 every time the lease expired. Funny thing is the very next day the apartment we were supposed to get for $850 was listed again. The vinyl flooring starting

Amazing place! Stephanie was so awesome and helped us get into an apartment while we were stuck with family. She used my preferred pronouns and even used my preferred name which was awesome since I haven't been able to legally change it yet. The apartment was gorgeous, super spacious, and the neighbors were super friendly except one lady who thought her parking spot was the one we were in but she was wrong. Stephanie left us a move-in present with a little gift that was so thoughtful. She made me feel so welcomed.

Too good to be true. Renovations are poorly done, and the tents are loud, messy, and disrespectful. No guest parking is provided and assigned parking is meaningless because someone will just park in your spot anyway. Maintenance will come to your apartment at 11 pm to use a power drill, sounds nice but not when it’s your neighbor getting the maintenance done and the wall are paper thin. I’m four months pregnant and genuinely concerned to live here after my child is born.

Worst apartment complex I've seen. Unless you like off roading, the parking lot is HORRIBLE. You can't use the garages and they look totally trashy, I'm surprised homeless people don't live in them. There is zero parking for guests so if you have literally one friend who wants to hang out and doesn't want their car towed they have to park in the middle of nowhere and risk getting their car broken into. The dishwasher isn't even screwed in so every time you open it, it falls out of the wall basically and you have to hold it up. All in all I would give zero stars if

I moved in a few months back and haven’t had any issues. The apartments have been newly renovated and function well. As of recently they have been improving the exterior issues which is a major step in the right direction. They have filled all of the potholes and redone the parking lot, power washed many of the decks and buildings, and have just recently started improving the landscaping. The leasing office is open most of the time and are happy to answer when you knock.
