This apartment complex has gone steadily downhill in the last ten years. Rising rent costs. Poor and constantly changing management. Abysmal maintenance response.
It used to be a nice place to live. Now the management is almost impossible to get a hold of, and maintenance is completely incompetent. They will refuse to fix things, lie about fixing things, ignore your requests, and if something needs to be replaced it takes MONTHS.
The gates are broken 70% of the time, so it’s absolutely not secure. And you could literally just drive over the sand in the back of the complex if you wanted toâ€

My husband and I are going on our second year lease and the staff, Irene and Erica, made signing our new lease a breeze! They are extremely kind, respectful & professional. The property is clean, comfortable and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to give the staff & Rodney, with maintenance, access to our apartment. They are all very trustworthy. If we need anything the office replies and rectify any issues immediately! I am disabled and being here at P. R. Apts with the kind staff has helped me in more ways than they will ever know.. My husband and I are so satisfied with our decision to be part of this

We are living here since 3 years, The previous manager (Kelly) was amazing, when we ask her for anything she was fast, nice and helpful. The new manager ( Erica), is totally different, we ask her for many stuff never helped us. We can say different personality.

Absolutely love these apartments! We moved here in September 2020 from another state without seeing the apartment. The Manager Erica made the process very easy for us and answered all of our questions throughout and so did Irene. We have had some maintenance things needing to be fixed and the maintenance guy Rodney is so amazing he is there in a heartbeat with a great attitude and smile. Irene or Erica always calls to make sure you are home before maintenance is performed. All of the staff is very friendly here and it’s quiet. I feel very safe in these apartments. We haven’t had any bug issues

Noisy neighbors. Rules apply to some residents but not all. Unfair. Hoping to move soon. See excellent review before mine by Esmeralda. ---- Also, management people are thieves. They enter apartments without residents consent or knowledge and steal what they want. Horrible.

Operating without a permit. Neglect and failures to make repairs in alotted time per the laws and providing a safe and habitable dwelling for all tenants; each and every unit. Gate is broken frequently. Quick to send out intimidating letters to their tenants along with retaliations when you go to make repairs yourself and have hopes of deducting from rent. Not all of their double paned windows are weather proofed. Will put a stop to said repairs even when your renters insurance finds them at fault. They screen your calls and let you go to voicemail. Temporarily disable your tenant portal access

Beautiful community, excellent management, and made me feel very at home when touring the community. The views are fantastic! The apartments are very spacious and homey and inviting in general. The manager, Lelani is absolutely wonderful and is quick to jump on any issue and have it resolved within a matter of minutes! I did not get the chance to move here due to pricing, but if I do get the chance I certainly will! Wonderful community and very affordable for the location!
