I would like to say what a wonderful experience, I've had with the Maintenance supervisor! He is so professional and co. He is so professional and courteous! I had a problem with my AC and he exceeded my expectations of him! He went above and beyond in a timely fashion! I forgot his name however, I still wanted to make an effort to recognize the exemplary efforts.

I was supposed to be an out of state mover. Ended up not moving to this place. They requested my original documents (ss card and dr. license) to be mailed to them within 2 days, which I faithfully did. Management held on my documents for almost a month. Every time I called them, I was told that someone will call me back- never happened. After weeks of waiting, I ended up ordering new set of documents from my state. only Upon my written request Cynthia mailed documents back to me. Talia was rude. If I could give zero stars I would, so you get a one.
The ground are unclean and the buildings are turning green due to lack of maintenance. If you want something fixed it’ll take a week for someone to come out, and when they do come out it’s not fixed and breaks again. Pools are never open and when they are they’re basically brown. A building caught fire almost a year and a half ago and still to this day it has not been fixed. Not to mention the trash, its pilled up and the groundskeepers don’t clean it up, but instead they threatened to raise rent because they’re workers cant be bothered

This apartment complex is horrible. The grounds are littered with trash and very poorly maintained. The management is horrible and tows it’s residence’s cars even when they have their parking decals on them. The pools are constantly closed, the laundry facilities are so dirty and the washers don’t work, the gym is a joke and doesn’t have any weights or real equipment. The apartments themselves are always having issues and dingy looking and when you put in work orders they take forever to respond and sometimes don’t even fix the problem. I have a faucet in my shower that is about to fall

My company used to service the pools on this property for 3 months...... We have not been paid they do not pay their bills... That is why the pools look horrible.... It is rediculous trying to get a response from this place.... The pools are not up to code and are a danger to the people who live here....

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT move here! This place has seriously gone downhill under current management. They are letting anyone in, not taking care of the grounds, everything constantly out of order…it’s horrible. There are leaks everywhere, causing mold. They never fix anything properly. There has been a burned out building fenced off for about a year, the garbage compactor is constantly broken causing trash to be all over the ground. The pool is green and constantly closed.

Made the mistake of signing a lease before viewing and the entire apartment was infested with roaches, the small ones that nest. they even painted over some because every cabinet and counter underside were crawling so heavily that the roaches can’t completely hide.

Moved here recently and it has been great so far. nice location easy access to all. super friendly office staff and manager accessible except few not so friendly maintenance staff that come to attend repairs and always tend to deliver a rush service causing reworks. Visitor parking is bit hard to find sometimes in weekends but it is manageable.

It's funny how a company can keep deleting reviews so that it doesn't look quite "as" bad... Do your research on this place before ever signing anything. Walk the apartment thoroughly. Look for abnormalities and weird smells!!! Expect to never be able to have a guest because the parking here is absolutely atrocious. Trust me, I've had multiple friends towed.. that even being at the leasing office with no sign(unlike almost every complex). Was without air conditioner for almost 2 months. Beautiful landscape, but 90% of the bottom buildings will have black and green mold. Thin floors, thin walls. You will know that there are people within a stone's throw of your person at all times. Management changes bimonthly, and maintenance doesn't get put through. Don't expect anyone to know you at the office, ever.
FREE gas grills are available at several little park areas, there's a 40 mile paved trail just behind the complex, there's ducks, snowy egrets, Florida Softshells, and squirrels EVERYWHERE. You'll enjoy the wildlife... and the tennis courts... but might choke on the black fuzzies
