The Boot Ranch Apartments

Loved working with Stacy Sloan to secure my apartment with The Boot Ranch. From the awesome gym and resort-like pool, to the spacious 2-bedroom apartment, everything went beyond my expectations. I cannot get over how much storage I have! And the option to rent a garage or extra storage made me feel like I had options for the future. Thank you Stacy for making me feel right at home from Day 1. Also, the entire staff was friendly and helpful - looking forward to enjoying my stay at The Boot Ranch.

The service provided by Holly at Boot Ranch is amazing. Whenever I have an issue I am able to get in touch with Holly and she handles everything right away. She is always on top of it and provides the best possible service. Great place to live!

I've lived at Boot Ranch Apartments for a little over 2 years and it's been a really great experience. The grounds are always well-kept and everything is well-maintained, inside and out. The management team, especially Holly, Roland, who is the manager are all fantastic and extremely responsive. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars. It's a GREAT place to live!

No stars with this team. The private neighborhood north of the apartment complex has a huge issue with minors trespassing and being rude to the owners of these properties. Boot Ranch Management will do nothing. So I can imagine what they are doing around Boot Ranch Apartments.
They refuse to work with neighbors to resolve issues with these punks (< 18 years old). I'm worried something bad will happen soon if the young children are allowed to behave this way.

My experience here has been horrible.. First day in I had these issues: faucet head broken, refrigerator light didn’t work, I had a hole (from water damage) on my wall, the water heater makes a large ticking sound, AC unit had a hole, toilet wouldn’t flush, tub has rust, shower pole is rusted and then to make it worse we pay 25 a month for valet survive and my trash gets skipped (been here 2 months) and it happened to me and my neighbors 3 time this week.. Run from this place all you will have is headaches and a big 2500 rent tag.. I will not renew and wish I could get out of my lease

This apartment looks very nice on the outside. On the inside at first view it seems nice but things quickly fall apart and many issues start to arise. Long story short everything is quickly and cheaply put together from flooring to cabinets. Not worth the price the apartment complex charges. The pool is probably the nicest thing to enjoy. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere! The staff is all about sales so of course there going to show off a nice updated completely furnished show unit but trick you into another unit that's not up to correct standards. Beautiful, safe apartment with many amenities. Stacy goes above and beyond to make this apartment an even greater choice giving all matters her full attention from the application process to move-in and was the tie-breaker in the final decision to choose Boot Ranch.

I am excited to be moving into this community. The people have been friendly and my son is excited about the amenities. He says it feels like " staying at a hotel." He can not wait to use the gym, pool, basketball, and tennis courts. My son loves the large closet and the size of his room. The upgrades they have made to the apartments with the flooring and kitchens, make the place feel very nice and like home. The staff has been amazing and I find that very important. I went to take a tour today with Stacy. I have visited a lot of apartment complexes to see where I will relocate to, Stacy sold me. She was super sweet and nice. She answered all of my questions and gave me so much information! I can’t wait to move here! I recommended her to everyone I know! If you go see them, ask for Stacy, I promise you won’t regret it!!

My family moved here from New York. We haven't been living here for too long but I find this community very beautiful and relaxing. The employees are friendly and respectful. We really feel at home here in The Boot ranch Apartments! The staff in the office are amazing! Holly, Bryan and everyone in the office is super helpful and go above and beyond to make sure we always feel welcomed and involved in the community!
