The Landings at Boot Ranch is a animal friendly community and we know you and your animal will love living here. Our animal fee (non-refundable) is $400 for a single animal and $500 for 2 animals. Animal rent is $20/month per animal. Weight and breed restrictions apply. Please stop by the leasing office for more details.
Landings at Boot Ranch offers spacious 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartment homes that feature oversized walk-in closets, screened patio or balcony, washer/dryer connections and much more. RENTER'S INSURANCE: Proof of a current Renter's Insurance Policy is required at many WRH Communities. Check with your Leasing Consultant for details and requirements.

So now that libs are moving to the free state of Florida, this complex, and I'm sure all of WHR Realty are increasing their tenants rent by $180-$200 PER MONTH, that's right, PER MONTH! Roaches, ants, neighbors smoking inside their homes, pot smell in your homes, dirty walkways, horrible parking you HAVE to pay for, and no parking spots for your friends when they come to visit, that's what you'll get! And during a pandemic no doubt! Their increase doesn't even cover what most receive with a COLA raise on their jobs. Disgusting, no loyalty whatsoever!

We love living at the landings of boot ranch! We have been here almost 5 years. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and there is always someone available in case of an emergency. There are plenty of amenities available to the residents including a playground, tennis court, pool, gym, etc. You will not be disappointed!

I have lived in this wonderful community for 3 going on 4 years. David has completely changed this community around for the better. His professionalism and compassion towards the residents is the best I have seen by far. The community and amenities are always upkept. The maintenance staff are very prompt and thorough with their work, which is normally not the case at most complexes. The office staff are always welcoming and willing to lend a hand when ever its needed and their customer service is phenomenal. The wildlife and beautiful scenery make it that much better! This is the best community

Hello If you are considering these apartments I would highly recommend going with a different option.My friend and I just moved here and both rented units from this complex. After a year of living here we noticed many not so pleasant things.My screened in porch is full of smelly gross mold which I’ve told people in the office about. Nothing has been taken care of. Also the granite countertops in the kitchen sag and split apart. Ive contacted the office about that issue as well the results were they push small plastic blocks under the wood to hold it up and does nothing.Your rent will raise yearly

Although I only lived here a short period of time, I bought a house, I enjoyed it. The office staff is so nice. Danielle was easy to talk with and she made understanding the lease easy. It obviously is a lot of legalities but she was knowledgeable when I needed information on breaking my lease. Nick is amazing also! I interreacted with him a couple times when he fixed my light in the living room. Over all, I enjoyed my stay and if I didn't purchase a house, I'd still be at the property.

We are relocating to Pinellas County in the fall and stopped in at this community. What a neat little place. The two bedroom we toured was adorable and exactly what we were looking for. The community was really well maintained and in a perfect location for us. Our leasing rep, Erick, was awesome. He was the only one who responded to us before and after our visit and even insisted we have lunch before we arrived so we wouldn’t be distracted with hunger. LOL. Unfortunately, the apartment might be a little out of our price range but we are hoping we can make it work. Great job Landings! Thank you

I love this community! I'm thankful to have found a place due to my house selling so quickly. Danielle really helped me. I asked her a million questions but she was always happy to answer them even if I asked the same question twice.

While I didn’t get lucky enough to live there, the experience I had with Brittany and David while applying was unsurpassed. I was looking for an apartment all the way for Michigan, and they went above and beyond trying to help me find the perfect home; answered a million questions, sent photos, videos, and more. I was blown away by their customer service, fairness and kindness. The application did not go through due to some covid complications with the current tenant, but I really hope to live there some day, especially knowing the people I would have to deal with are as amazing as David and
