**This is not a review on the complex itself** My in laws went there in person, and they said it was absolutely beautiful. My complaint is I was in constant communication with the office, but this place goes quickly. Living in a different state, I had planned an in person tour, about a month in advance. When we landed in FL, our appt was the next day & they emailed me to say they couldn’t make my appointment because they double booked & I would have to be rescheduled. Mind you- I flew in from a different state at a certain time period to make all my in person tours & this was the only one who

My fiancé and I are currently apartment hunting and decided to stop by Madison Oaks today. Right away we were greeted by Julian. He was so kind, knowledgeable and he gave us a tour of the property. We had gone to go tour the apartments and were pleasantly greeted by Julian. He did an incredible job explaining all the features of each and every apartment they have at Madison oaks. He was very knowledgeable about everything the community had to offer and answered all of our questions. By far the best experience I had touring any apartment complex, thanks to Julian. We love the community and the apartments but Julian sold us on wanting to move there.

We moved our 85 yr old sister into Madison Oaks in May. The apartment was like new. Only two, small repairs were needed and they were corrected immediately. The grounds and buildings are very well kept. We are also planning to move there in July. The staff has been professional and efficient. So far, we are very impressed.
