Taught in the traditional Mysore style, these intimate, small-group classes (up to about 10 people) join individualized instruction with shared energy and community. The result of linking breath to movement at one's own unique pace through sequences of progressive poses is a deeply meditative, dynamic, and cleansing practice.
Instruction is tailored to each student, and those new to the practice will be introduced to Ashtanga yoga fundamentals and the poses of the Primary Series. For those seeking additional depth and concentrated one-on-one time, privates and semi-privates (up to 3 people) are available on a one-off or regular basis.
