Join us on a guided flow through the chakra system. Class will open with a guided visualization meditation that will work to open each charka wheel along your body. Unique postures for each chakra will be explored in a yin like flow, where you will have the option to journal what comes up in each asana.
Student will end with chanting and time to reflect and share their experience with the group if they feel. Information on each chakra, their characteristics and what they mean to you will be discussed! Thank you for your continued support!

The word "Tula" means balance in Sanskrit, and our studio believes deeply in the balance between diving deep and staying playful. We highly recommend downloading the MindBody app if you do the majority of your online work on your mobile device.
Join Brooke and Lotsie for this special Yoga Teacher Mentorship program. For certified teachers looking to refine their teaching, (re)discover their WHY and add layers of depth to their practice, this is for you! This mentorship will meet 1 weekend a month for 3 months, plus 2 individualized 45 minute check-ins with Brooke or Lotsie.
Currently for ages 3-5. Our school day will be based on kinetic learning; learning through movement and activity. Children learn by experiencing their world through all of their senses. They acquire knowledge by doing, and by reflection on their experiences. Restriction of movement, especially at a young age, impedes the experiential learning process.

Tula movement arts is an awesome space with so much more than just yoga classes. My first class was a slackline course with Buddy. He is both a zen master on the line and an excellent teacher. He had me doing things I didn't even think I could do. He was able to help me learn a mount in 5 minutes that I had been working on for weeks. After my second slackline class they asked if I was coming to the jam that night. So I said sure. It was an open house where you can try out all the different equipment and play. Taylor took the time to introduce himself and invited me to try some acro poses with him

Love to move your body? Lotsie and Stephen, the amazing wife and husband duo that own this studio, have created a space that is a labor of love for yogis, acroyogis, dancers, slackliners, martial artists, and regular ole people alike. Not only is the space itself beautiful, light, and airy, but it boasts a yogibo/beanbag chillout area, massage room, local products, and fun infused water to rehydrate. In addition to regularly scheduled classes, they rotate monthly workshops to introduce folks to new types of movement arts (everything from beginner acroyoga classes to estactic dance to capoeira

We went to Tula Movement Arts today for an Aerial Yoga class taught by Lotsie and had the most fun! We were all beginners and Lotsie was very patient, funny and playful with us, which made it a fabulous experience. All five of us that went, plan on returning for further aerial yoga practice. Thank you Lotsie!
