This studio is the best in town, period. Stop searching, just go here. I am a local and have taken many classes all over town, nothing compares. The instructors are well seasoned, the room is typically heated, and the energy is uplifting. Each practice is carefully crafted to enhance your body and day. They have classes for all levels, from newbie to advanced.
I personally love Rebecca Bell's classes. Not only does she teach in a way that I have many options to always advance, but she is fun. From upbeat music to her overall energy, I know I can go to her class lacking motivation and leave feeling

Took my first class at this studio yesterday in their temporary space. The structure of the class was delightful and everyone was kind to me. I have a medical issue that was respected in the practice and I felt safe practicing there. After reading their website, I see how much effort they put into class accessibility and I so appreciate that. Can't wait to make it a regular thing.

Hi Yoga Lab,
I like this space and many of the teacher but sadly I cannot give a higher rating at this time. I love flow classes but I also love restorative and feel that they are very important to my life balance. Unfortunately, it seems that the flow classes receive preferential treatment. I've been thinking about this for a long time...the Wednesday evening restorative class has been gouged for a long time now. The flow class before is 90min and never ends on time, leaving the restorative Yogis to wait outside and have zero settle-in time :( The air is always extremely humid and smelly, plus

I'm a visitor to Bend. I dropped in for a Friday 0930 flow with Tara. Loved it!!! She is like a warrior princess. Tall and commanding but with grace. Her cues were inspiring and thoughtful. And at the end she sang "Om Namah Shivaya" so beautifully. I wanted to record her. It's a legit house of practice. No lobby full of $40 tank tops made in China w deep yogic sayings. And only $14 to drop in. Great class.

This review is primarily for Sabine. I signed up for a special one month package that was offered in September. Sabine was highly recommended by two of my friends in town and I took both vinyasa and restorative classes with her pretty much every week. The room was packed! She's very popular and for a good reason. She's a terrific yoga teacher with a lovely style - funny and patient and encouraging.
I also love the studio. The location is great - in the Box Factory with plenty of parking. There's one very large room which has a warehouse feel to it - a clean wood floor, some

I love the creative spirit and friendliness of this yoga studio. Rebecca shares the best cues and hip openers which has really helped my lower back. Sabine is a super sweetheart and her restorative Friday class rocks and I feel soooo relaxed afterwards! Easy parking, awesome music, nice changing rooms and pleasant clean facility. Woot woot!

Bend's Yoga scene is something special. We are blessed with high quality teachers, gorgeous studios and dedicated yogis. Of all the studios in town, The Yoga Lab is the best.
It is the best, because it has the best teachers in town.
It is the yoga studio that the teachers from the other studios practice at and take notes from, to use in there own classes.
That statement isn't an exaggeration. In class you are often surrounded by teachers from other studios and they have told me they are there to get ideas for their classes.
Am so grateful for this studio and these teachers.

While on vacay in Bend I wanted to take a couple of Yoga classes.. A friend recommended this studio. I was amazed at the attention to detail this place gave to everything from the space itself to most importantly the instruction; which was spot on. Living in San Francisco I'm fortunate to be around many great yoga studios and this one could easily fit in there as well. The teacher I took my class with (Rebecca I think?) was wonderfully experienced and gave just the right level and type of instruction. Can't wait to go back again. Highly recommended.
