It draws upon clinical knowledge of physical therapy, yoga postures, meditation, and breath to improve self-awareness in healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My name is Donna Chisholm.

Services
Personalized sessions integrating yoga and physical therapy comprise the heart of Physical Yoga Therapy. These sessions are a partnership that begins with me prescribing an individualized program for you after performing a thorough evaluation. You and I work collaboratively to perfect a practice for you during the sessions and finally you continue your practice on your own time to maximize lasting benefit.
Your first visit. Physical Yoga Therapy starts with a thorough evaluation that draws on the components of traditional physical therapy and yoga. The physical therapy elements include: a past medical history (PMHX ), history of present injury/concern, pain assessment, strength and range of movement (ROM) assessment, static and dynamic balance assessment, and postural analysis to address muscle imbalance areas.
