I lived at Stonegate for two years. While staying there there were several instances where guns were fired on the premises, car tag was stolen, as well as all the mailboxes being burglarized as well. The compactor is broken every weekend and trash often is left spilling over.
Danielle Black, the property manager, was rude and hung up in my face after weeks of trying to get her to contact me about final billing statement. She refused to give me her supervisors name after asking and stated it was irrelevant. Very unprofessional and condescending in tone. I have never been treated so rudely. Then

Don’t let the positive reviews fool you. The manager is messy tries to throw everyone under the bus. Maintenance is messy don’t do what they promise to do. The apartments are not luxury. There’s an infestation of gopher rats roaming the property. There are constant break ins. Trash is always overflowing. Manager is never at the office. Something is always going on with the mail. Be careful driving in or you will get hit due to tenants flying through the property. If there is a problem keep it to yourself because it will get swept under the rug. They only care about the rent getting paid not

Do not live here.
-We were charged $400 after moving out without a explanation. We were never billed although I left a forwarding address. I called and emailed. No one reached out. The only reason I knew was because I received a letter from a collection agency.
-Our apartment flooded, and they made it seem like it was our fault.
-The neighborhood became sketchy. I did not feel safe even though it is gated.
-We received an renovated apartment with budgeted cabinetry.
-The paint stained easy.
-Our dishwasher always had issues. It was not secure

Stonegate was my favorite apartment I had lived there for about 3yrs. I had never had any problems until we started catching mice almost every day until we moved out. The office staff was very aware of the building we lived in being infested and was very slow about fixing the problem! Before we moved out my husband and I caught over 11 mice! The head maintenance informed us that they were well aware and still refused to do anything! We moved out March 2019! The young lady Bri was very unprofessional!!! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone until they are under new management! Completely

I went and looked at the apartments and I absolutely loved them, they were very well put together and very clean when i went and looked. The lady that showed me them was very kind and you could tell she enjoyed her job and was happy to be there. I defiantly recommend going here. They are beautiful apartments.

If I could give this property 0 stars that would be more fitting. They do not and will not answer the phone. They sit in the office with the ring tone on silent, ignoring everyone that calls. (What if there was a resident emergency). Also, they will see you knocking at the office door and ignore your for up to 10-15 minutes.The staff pretends to be nice and in actuality are being undesirably condescending. I was one step away from placing my final deposit on file and they refused to let me view the model home. I can only assume that living here is a nightmare by the lack of interest in helping

I recently had the pleasure of getting a tour of these apartments. When I walked into the leasing office I thought it was beautifully decorated, clean, and was greeted by super helpful staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and were knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions and were patient with me. I thought the landscaping was beautiful and well kept.
