Why I Am a Home Inspector: I grew up as the oldest of 5 siblings in a household where my dad wasn't around. By the time I was 10, I was helping put food on the table. We didn't have a lot, and at times we were taken advantage of because of it. So, it became second nature to me to protect what we did have, and the people close to me.

My experience with Forsight was OUTSTANDING! Not only was Chris, professional!, he took time to explain the whole inspection process. He totally eased my mind on all the findings on the condition of the property,.
One thing that stood out the most was his use of an Infrared (thermal imaging) camera. This is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show homeowners things about their homes that can't be revealed using conventional inspection methods.
WOW! the stuff we found was insane. This Infared camera helps identify energy loss due to drafts or poor insulation and moisture

We used Chris twice from Foresight Inspection and were very impressed with his knowledge and experience. His inspection on the first house kept us from buying a money pit and his thumbs up on the second house made us confident to buy it. His final report was thorough and detailed and missed nothing. There can’t be to many people better than him. Would recommend his service to anyone.

Chris did an amazing job with our inspection. We love all the added services, such as termite inspection, thermal imaging and warranties.
