Services
It has been said that, "bread feeds the body but flowers feed the soul." Just as different people have differing culinary tastes, there are differing tastes in floral design. Some prefer the balance and symmetry of European traditions while others feel an affinity for the dramatic simplicity of Oriental floral design.
Our delivery area encompasses all of Manhattan. For deliveries to offices, we recommend placing the order the day before. I wrote a review a few days ago about roses that I purchased that I was not satisfied with. Apparently, the owner read the review and responded. While I do not believe that I should have had to write the review in the first place, I will say this: To our surprise Rosa Rosa delivered a vase of beautiful fresh roses yesterday. Totally unexpected.

I walked in today with no order or appointment to pick up a last minute bouquet for my sister's graduation. Even so, they were SO accommodating, helped me pick out flowers that would make sense for my sister's colors, and arranged and packaged it beautifully! It was done so quickly and I was pleased with the outcome and accommodation. Plus the flowers were fresh and smelled lovely. I was so happy with the service and even wanted to leave a tip, but had no cash on me, so am leaving this review instead!

Mohammed is amazing to work with! I called to request three bouquets for presents and I had to change the pick up date and time more than once. I felt terrible and was frazzled and Mohammed said it was no problem and said things happen and it was simply a change in date. He could be a life coach! The flowers were gorgeous and beautifully decorated and these photos don't do them justice. Get your flowers from here!

I decided to go to Rosa Rosa because we wanted something special for the CEO of our company Snappy for Valentine's Day. She always treats us so well and we wanted her to feel the same excitement we feel when we get gifts from her. I knew Rosa Rosa wouldn't disappoint! Mohammed, the owner of this shop, is a truly kind and compassionate human being. He took the time out to listen to my request for a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mother after losing her sister. He not only helped donate a part of my bouquet due to my financial limitations being in school but he also made sure to get someone on the phone with me to be able to write down a message for my mother in Spanish. I walked in the other day to get a bouquet of flowers. The owner was so incredibly helpful and generous! He asked me what my budget was, and when I told him, he made me the BIGGEST bouquet I've ever seen at that price point. It looked like it could have been worth a hundred bucks at a different florist. After receiving good medical news on my fiancé, I turned to Yelp to find me the nearest flower shop. Boy did I hit the jackpot! Not the best customer service. I came in and asked for ranaculus and I am assuming the owner was the one I was speaking to. He didn't greet me me even acknowledge what I said or asked for. I had to ask for a second time "are you going to show me?" And he just ignored me and began to fix his bag, put his headphones away, and talk in Spanish for someone to go downstairs and get the ranaculus. When the ranaculus finally came up, they looked wilted and not in the best of shape. So I left. Customer service and quality get 2 stars.

Got to love ROSA ROSA ! I was a bit intimidated to walk in here at first because you never know if your walking into $5 a rose florist aka shell out cash but this place is far from that. Prices are CLEARLY LISTED at the front door even before you come in and once inside they have all the prices for everything stated! They really take time in making sure the arrangement looks "good." They add extra leafs and supplemental stuff like bows free of charge which you won't get at the corner bodega florist. I highly recommend coming here.
