These apartments were the first ones I looked at after a big breakup. I was in need of a place to stay and the people in the office made moving in easy and informed me on the current leasing special that was going on. Being emotionally unequipped to take on the stresses of moving and struggling to do it alone had me in a very low place when I first got here.
I didn’t want to move let alone move out and be all alone.
But looking back and seeing how kind and reliable everyone has been here the past year has just made me grateful for landing here and not somewhere else where maybe my grief would

Use to live here years ago and they're STILL Nice and Quiet!😊 I visited, while helping someone who was apartment searching, so I recommended 'Woodland Oaks'. The Leasing Agent was Really Friendly (forgot her name), as well as Patient, in explaining the process. If My Husband and I were not Homeowners, we'd DEFINITELY rent from them again......👍🏾

So this is a beginning review, I moved in Sep 18th 2021. I did my walk through the day before and it was multiple things wasn't done but the second I brought the things to Chyenne attention she had those things completed THAT DAY, the move in was great so far literally any request I've put in they answer quickly. only thing I didn't like was that my porch wasn't finished BUT they stated it shouldn't be long before its done. So few weeks in so far I loveeeee it. will update as I stay here

These apartments are so amazing and beautiful. The location is right in the middle of everything. The employees are very nice and and will help with anything. Maintenance is always quick to get back to you about any problems you have. It's gated which is a plus. The gate dosnt always work but I think that happens with any apartment complex and it is usually fixed by the next day but for the most part they work. I feel very safe within the apartment complex I haven't once felt unsafe. I haven't heard of any car/apartment break INS. The only problem is you can hear everything. The walls and windows

I moved in from this place 2 yrs ago and I regretted it after 1 week the roaches started showing up from under the refrigerator and every dark & nasty corner of the apartment. It infested all doors and cabinets, it's just nasty. The bad part is you have to sign a document saying if there are any roaches it's not their fault. Anyways, I hate living there but it was a little cheaper than other place so I stuck around; Since, I took care of the infestation issue. Their bathtub is painted as well as the wall that are tiles in shower area. Their vents are nasty and needs to be replaced. The cabinets

I keep getting lease violations for petty stuff! I’ve only lived here since May & honestly feel like people are watching my apartment. My 1st two violations were for noise complaints because of my 3 children UNDER the age of 5. I live upstairs how am I suppose to make sure my kids aren’t loud all the time? I mean good grief they are 2,4,&5. I can’t tell them to sit down and shut up all the time . 3rd violation was for my car parked in the wrong spot….like what???? Since when do tenants have assigned parking & then the next violations I got was for grilling. Like wasn’t aware I couldn’t

The worst apartments to be a tenet at by far. They won't send anyone to the home to fix anything but want your money on time. My mom and I have to go to the office every month for a different issue and its tiring. We have separate units and there is always something falling apart. Haley is the definition of "poor customer service". She rolls her eyes to the back of her head so hard I'm surprised that they don't get stuck. Dana (manager supposedly) will throw her hands up if something gets too hard for her to handle. They're quick to take your money but when something goes wrong they don't know
