My husband and I always brought our watches down there for repair or to have new battery put in. My husband has a New Orleans Saints watch it's very sentimental to him and he's taking that watch three times now to have the battery changed. Will I took it in this morning and the owner was not able to remove the back of the watch keep in mind that he was the one that tightened it the last time we were in there and now he said nothing he can do. He told me that he's got $2,000 worth of work that he has to do on other watches that he didn't have time for mine. How awful that is to treat your customers

We're lucky to have such a nice jewelry store in Placerville. I initially stopped in to see what they had, with the intention go purchasing from a bigger store in a bigger city. But after spending a few minutes with the owner, I was delighted to discover that they not only had very nice merchandise (high quality & beautiful), the prices were also reasonable. And my wife loves it! So I've continued buying her gifts there, and they never disappoint.

This is my favorite jewelry store period. They have the best prices and best jewelry pieces I have ever seen.
