I called this company to order a belt buckle as a retirement gift. I spoke to Sue Mayville on the phone and she was the most knowledgeable and professional person I have spoke to in a long time. She helped us to design it, order it and kept up with me by email each step of the way. The buckle arrived early and as we opened the beautiful gift box we all said a collective "wooooooowwwww" .
