Maintenance issues are resolved in the order they are received, emergencies take priority. We make every effort to have issues resolved within 24-48 hours. You can decorate your apartment as you wish, however, to avoid penalty you will have to restore it back to its original form before moving out.

DO NOT MOVE HERE ! This place is full of roaches the maintenance is horrible!!! You can expect things to break down in your house 2 -3 times a week if your AC breaks it will not be fix Correctly it will break down agian a few days later ! The toilets leaks from the bottom they come and look at it but never fix it these apartments are -0/10 do not move here !!! I can’t wait to leave ! ..

I love this place!!! Katherine even tho the manager, she makes herself available to residents and is easy to talk to. The leasing staff is professional and attentive each and every time I had a question during my visits. I’m glad I leased here, my son and I will be here for a while. The grounds are always pristine.

Don't live here unless you want to pay high prices for less. Place is so roach infested that you'll see those things crawl in the daylight. Something damaged because of roaches? They won't care. Roaches have gotten into many of my expensive electronics. I didn't sign up to have roaches - If there was a loophole for me to leave, I'd take it in a heartbeat without spending anymore money than I have to here. Enjoy losing your internet whenever roaches are in the box. You complain, but they won't do anything about it. Place is dangerous too - We all hear those gunshots, we all saw that police chase

I am completely amazed by reading previous reviews. I just moved in a few days ago and so far I've gotten a great experience with the leasing office specially my leasing consultant Daniela she is amazing and made the whole process smooth. Yes I do agree with the roach problem, I saw a few before my move in but sprayed some chemical and have not seen a single one. Being that said I'm loving my new home!!!

Moldy restroom, many reports have been made to get maintenance to fix and all they said was to, "wipe off the mold." They don't change the air vents or provide maintenance as needed. They have a pest control issue. Don't recommend that anyone lives here. Not to mention, their prices are ridiculously high for all these inconveniences.

You know, it's hard to find a place in the city were both management and maintenance is on top of things.
Here, they work hard and work well to keep residents satisfied.
There's nothing bad I can say about them and the amount of time it takes for them to complete a task or request.
Staying here is like being part of a loving family.
Other than the service, the location is great! Everything that you need is near by.
Everything is walking distance.
It's like having a grocery store and a gym in your front yard 😂
If you ever have any car trouble or if you don't want to burn any gas, save

DO NOT LIVE HERE, yes the rent is cheap but it is NOT WORTH IT. we have lived here for only a few months and already have encountered so many problems. the first problem being the one of the bedroom windows is not fully sealed and when it rains the room floods! we have sent in over 5 maintenance requests and they haven't done anything about it. Not only that, every time they send their maintenance guy I have to be home because he is scared of dogs! The maintenance request form ASKS if you have animals so if i put yes why are you sending someone who is afraid of them??? & when he finally

I you're an unemployed veteran under student status, AVOID trying to rent from this complex, all they care is about your money, I wasted my time trying to process my application due to the constant turn around and have endured, I showed them proof of my Separation pay, which exceeds their standards for income, they ask that you have a month's rent X3, I still got discriminated for having over $40,000 in my savings account, along with proof of unemployment benefits, totaling over $12,000 for a year, when I was only planning on leasing for a year at least until I could get myself a stable

I have and currently do live here. Rent is good price. Stores are close by like Kroger and Aldi. Good fast food restaurants like McDonald's, Sonic, KFC, Church's Chicken.. And other.
But apart from that the actual inside of the apartment isn't the best. Basically you're getting what you're paying for. Inside is so old dated. Floor and counter tops are ugly, paint on walls and kitchen cabinets awful as well. Not to mention pest control doesn't stick to its scheduled date. Office staff isn't friendly. Let's just say after this contract is up. I'm moving
