They are not the worst but they’re not the best for there price and the The recovering junkie program in the back looks like the projects in the front looks like the suburbs in the front for what it’s worth it’s not that easy living but it is prettyClose to the highway I would like to stay here but I need to wait forever ever

I lived in the complex for a total of eight years. Elsa, Joy and Cindy were always pleasant, kind considerate, and always very respectful. I had a wonderful experience myself as well as my sons. It was always clean, and kept very neat . The size in the space of our apartment was great and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Manager was very nice, I didnt have an appointment and she took her time to go over what they had to offer. The grounds were clean. the apartment I looked had not been cleaned yet but I like it. Price quote was reasonable for the size of the unit. Unfortunately I did not lease a unit due to distance from my office

I MOVED IN MAY 21, 2021 AND I LOVE MY 2STORY LOFT 😍 My 2 dogs love rushing down the staits and love the balcony access they have right off my room/loft which I love cuz it's Huge😎 love love love all around.... my fireplace I can't wait for Christmas to decorate it all. Current resident, just signed our second lease. No, the apartments are not perfect but which ones are? There was a pest problem and they come out however, we had to handle it ourselves for the most part. We have 3 cars and park where we are suppose to and register our guests so we’ve never been towed. There is no loud music, noisy neighbors or unleashed pets. Management is very good about communicating via text with updates. Everything is basically online so I don’t go to the office at all, as I prefer. Overall, the rent compared to what’s out there, the location and amenities are good.

Don’t care for this apartment complex too much. 1.) How are yall gonna tell people how to design their own front porch that we pay for? 2.) We’re only allotted two cars to get a parking pass (we have a family of 5 with 4 cars). The registration of the other cars is fine but now you have to pay for registration every 24 hours—I might as well get a parking pass. Oh wait, I can’t because you can only get two. Then the maintenance is so incompetent—they had to come fix our AC 10 times because each time they claimed they fixed it but they didnt. On top of that, this apartment complex is always
