These apartment are an actual mid-cities retreat as they advertise. Close to different attractions and able to retreat back to paradise. The office staff are friendly and attentive. Grounds are kept up well and are clean. The maintenance addresses and fixes all requests within a timely manner. There’s a GP officer that lives onsite so I feel extra safe! Great place to stay for singles and families

Get you a leasing team like ours! I’ve lived here over a year at this point and the staff and management are wonderful! They’re accommodating, helpful, and especially with the hardships that some of us may have faced due to COVID, they are understanding! Work orders are also answered and serviced in a timely fashion and they take pride in keeping our community safe and clean. My family and I have had nothing but a positive experience from Riverhill thanks to our wonderful team here!

Riverhill is a beautiful place to live. It's quiet, if you tune out the noise from the planes flying over (which really isn't too often) 😉. I've lived here for about 5 months. The management team is absolutely wonderful and very understanding. It can sometimes take a while to get maintenance taken care if but I'm sure that's because of all the updates they've been doing around the complex. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to live.

I’ve been leaving here for 3 months now and I love it so far. My move in was a breeze. I haven’t had any issues and the few maintenance issues I had were resolved swiftly. I love how spacious my apartment, you really can’t find that in apartments these days. Overall my stay so far has been a pleasant one!

I have lived here for almost 4 years. I have had some issues in the past that took a while to resolve but overall my experience I would rate 5 stars. They have had recent changes that made it much better to live here and make me feel comfortable renewing my lease. Today I was greeted with hot breakfast at the front gate and the office has been making attempts even in the past to make the community comfortable. The turnaround time for maintenance is now barely 24 hours when before it was weeks, even months. This is a great place to live now and I’m happy to call it home 🏡
