I’m so disappointed in these apartments! After having pipes bursts in our apartment during the snow storm and the apartment manager Rosemary “forgetting” to submit our rental assistance app. We then encountered rats and a leak in one of our bathrooms. We could hear rats in the wall. They said they fixed the problem then three more rats were found! Our food was eaten through both in our cabinet and on top of our fridge then we were evicted for not paying rent due to the rodent problem not being taken care of. Now Tenants have explained to us during our move that the manager Rosemary is telling

This will be our third stay since 2017, always accommodating and a good value for the money, location and access to highways. Perched on a hill, the overlook of Irving and Dallas is beautiful. Francisca and Rosemary are great and have taken good care of the premises, there is no hesitation to move back! Thank you Legend Asset!

Property Manager Rosemary has always been so helpful with me and my family and always resolves our issues within minutes, she always has the best positive attitude and is willing to help. This is my second time living in these apartments from 14 years ago And nothing, But management has changed! It’s the most peaceful place to live! It’s gated,So I feel extremely safe here. Mrs Gracie is the very first person I met,And she’s very professional,And kept me in the loop during the entire application process! She’s soft spoken,And has a wonderful spirit about her! I’ll be a resident for a while!💕
