It’s been a disaster! Apartments are ok. However Mary is the problem. I don’t understand why she works there. She is rude and has bad customer service. She come across as been helpful but will turn around and stab you in the back. My daughter had applied to move in the apts. She paid her deposit but never did get a call back from Mary saying if she got the apartment or not. When she did call Mary, she had already given the apartment to someone else and offer to put her on the wait list. It was a NO for her. That was very unprofessional. She also charges for every lit small thing. Every month

Very unprofessional will scheduled tours and not be there!!!they are never available, marie Mary or Maria what ever it is scheduled 2 tours for me but when I went she had nothing to show me,she said she would call and never did.do not waste your time with them...

Worst place ever to live inManagement are very shady when you call there is never anyone who answers call person you need is always on meetings you never get a call back
It is not worth your money they will charge you for anything and everything.

They have terrible customer service they never answer the phone and i even schedule an tour and they didn’t even show up.

They'll take your deposit in 10 seconds and tell you it takes 30 days to get it back. No patience, very judgemental and lack people skills. Do not apply, it's a waste of time to get your hard earned money. The pavement is too terrible for them to even try to look down on people.

Management has been good, maintenance has been great. Always answer requests same day and overall very nice guys. Very good for a cheaper apartment.

I lived there for 3yrs and never had problems.
Management were very helpful and polite it was pretty quiet no trouble with neighbors, no critters running around in fact property kept very clean.
I especially like the pool.
Wouldn't mind moving back especially with all the stores nearby.
