Terrible management, since Peak Living bought this place this condo is going down the drain, the grass isn't cut like in the past, the grass is always high, there is ants, roaches, some snakes, the pool has never been fix or open for years, the kiddos park is broken and nothing has been done to get it fix, neighbors driving fast around children, property management keeps changing every month, maintainence order are a joke, cameras on site doesn't even work.
Outdoor and garage lights on some of the buildings are out and the parking spaces are very dark at night.
