You can hear every single thing your neighbors are doing above you and around you and these noises are unbearable, no one ever answers the phone at the leasing office, back when I moved in my freezer and washing machine didn’t work and I had to contact maintenance several times to get it fixed, the elevator was broken for over a month, the parking garage gates have been broken for several months, I can hear everything outside from the street through my air vents, and I can also hear all the construction from the first floor nail salon through my air vents. I have never had any of these problems

Now that I have lived here for a bit I feel as though it is my duty to write this review for future residents since this place is new and I’m a new resident it has been a very pleasant experience & I really enjoy living here so far I will update my review as things go on..I wanted to write this review really to talk about the outstanding level of customer service Emmanuel gave me he is great as his job I really appreciate the fact that I never had to call the office to get an update on my application or anything else really He always kept me updated and did things when he said he would. he made

We absolutely loved living here. The staff was always helpful and nice. They always offered our dogs a treat whenever we'd stop in the office. We chose Northpointe because of it's location and we were far from disappointed. We did a short-term lease and the entire process from start to finish was a breeze. We ended up purchasing a home, but if we could do it all over again we would definitely go to NorthPointe. I highly recommend them to any newcomers to the area!

I absolutely love living here! It is such an amazing experience and I plan on renewing my lease when mine is up. The apartments are new so they are very nice. Stainless steel appliances, High ceilings, granite counters, large tubs and so much more. It's also so close to downtown which is amazing. Harris Teeters right out side the building convenient.

No complaints. Living here has been great so far. The staff is really nice especially the young man who helped me move-in back in Nov. We just got the gym and I’m very pleased with it. Can’t wait for the restaurants to open. Only thing I would say is a downside is the amenities hours but covid changed everything everywhere.
