I’m so upset I’m 62 years old I keep a clean apartment I have medical issues heart I got a letter from management in Lexington ky Fairington apt saying they are charging me 24.91 for garbage no in trash can number one I always put trash in container this time it’s for October 26 th I’m in Louisville ky not even there on that day have proof and my neighbor took my trash out every time I leave on weekend and I watch with another friend I stay with in Louisville now I’m disputing this how can they do this legally

I've lived here a long time and it's gotten really bad over the past couple years. The management is poor , they either don't pick up the phone or don't even put in the work order. The neighbors around me let there animals use the bathroom wherever and they blast music late at night, they leave trash all around the area and the management will not do anything about it.

I am a former resident and a admirer of this place. But new management/employees doesn't seem to care for us anymore. I have been to the office and even called several times for a new application. The same guy is there at the office playing on his phone who is so arrogant. He always says he will be sending the form today. It has been a month but never got one. If anyone from management is reading this please send me my form on my mail🙏
