Though I don’t personally live in this complex I do have family that have lived here for several years.They recently received a notice with intent to increase the monthly rent by $350.00. This is a 30% increase, excessive and unacceptable. Yes the apartments are nice, grounds are well kept, and nice amenities but nothing spectacular enough to justify this increase.
My family will need to make a decision on moving out though they love their home and are good tenants. Other tenants have agreed they will need to do the same. Many are still struggling because of the pandemic.

This has been my favorite apartment, of my adult life. I have lived here for almost 3 years. The office staff is great, always trying to accommodate what I have asked or need help with. The grounds are well kept. Both pools are cleaned very often.
Although I do wish they would reactivate the dog park that was once here.
Other than that, it is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone! I will continue to live here as long as possible!

I've been living here since 2012. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Christine in the office, she has been welcoming and inviting everytime I've been in the office. Christine has went above and beyond for me on several occasions. Thank you and have a amazing holiday season.
Only Bad thing is with Grey Star ownership!! Profit is more important than the community that live in it. Rent was raised this year almost $200 and the cost of living goes up but it only benefits Grey Star. The thank you for going through the pandemic not missing or being late on any months rent is a increase in rent.

Been living in this community over 6 years. This has been the best decision made when I decided to move from South Florida. The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is, by far, the best maintenance staff I’ve ever dealt with. Sam has always been excellent in his assessment of the repairs needed and has displayed his vast knowledge and expertise. Thank you Sam.

When I first moved here I loved living here. I had an amazing neighbor who has since moved because she couldn’t live in peace due to a new resident.
I followed instructions that curtains needed to be white and then was called and told the blinds need to be between curtains and window. When I said blinds were just pulled up I was told blinds must be down. Well I see a lot of blinds pulled up without curtains so do blinds not have to be kept down if no blinds. I was told it looked better but the blinds are so yellow from sun damage and warped they look awful down. (Posted a picture of blinds down

I cannot say enough amazing things about Pinnacle Terrace! I have lived here for about 4 years and I am sad to be leaving! The staff and maintenance crew have been so friendly and efficient my entire stay. My requests were always completed in a timely manner and was done effectively and efficiently! The community was always beautifully maintained and I always felt safe and secure. I used the gym and heated pool almost everyday and absolutely loved that facilites were always clean and maintained. The staff has been so helpful and compassionate and I would recommend anyone looking for a home to choose

The Owner of this property and the contracted Greystar Management Staff are terrible people! They call this a luxury apartment complex, when at best it looks like a Holiday Inn that was upgraded 10 years ago.
I waited over 27 days for a kitchen lightbulb!
Additionally, the bathroom was never repaired after a second floor leak and the master shower is literally falling apart!
There are much better places at the same price all over Chandler!!!

Do not, And I mean DO NOT give this place your time or money. This has to be the worst apartment I have ever lived in. We had to threaten to take matters in legal hands just to allow them to let us out of our lease. God forbid you have to get a hold of Angela who calls herself a manager because she will does everything to avoid dealing with tenet issues. And never leave a message with Christine because she never relays messages and you will never get a call back. The last ticket we had for maintenance was regarding roaches and that never got dealt with. Customer service is the worst here. And let

On my move in day they didn't even have my keys available and just left the door open until I got my keys hours later.
I immediately noticed upon move in my shower and tub were never resurfaced and left scratched up and completely dirty. They said "there was a mix up and never done" no big deal I figured things happened. So she said she'd call me to schedule a day where they would come out and resurface them and well she

Absolutely terrible place to live. Nothing but problems from day one. Had to deal with a noisy dog that would bark all night for about 6 months until he was finally moved. My AC unit went out in the middle of summer for about a week and all they gave me was a huge swamp cooler for one room. I Had the maintenance men come in to check the hot water heater next thing I know, there's water shooting out of all of the sprinkler systems causing the carpet and my computer to get soaked. All in all my stay at pinnacle terrace was horrible. There are much better options than this overpriced "luxury

While the front office staff (Cynthia and Angela, to be exact) is really nice, and the apartments/grounds are beautiful, how business is done is not so great. The rent is not cheap so my expectations were not cheap. But when my a/c died four times between July and October and it took over 24 hours for them to fix it two out of the four times, I started to take note. By the third and fourth fix, I was telling the maintenance guy how to do his job. I finally got it right the fourth time. What I learned from the guy they sent to do the work was that Pinnacle doesn't do any maintenance to prevent

I really enjoyed my time at Pinnacle Terrace, Angela and Cynthia are both great to work with. I spent a few years here and John used to be my favorite maintenance guy. He ended up taking a promotion. Oscar is good about getting things handled though.
I still visit this property just to say hey to the staff when I'm in chandler from time to time. I will miss living here for the good days.

We have been looking at different apartments for over a month now and had recently (within the last 2 weeks) found Pinnacle and put it on the list of possible places we would like to live. As of today we narrowed our search of where to live down to Pinnacle and one other. We arrived at 5:35pm to ask if we could peek at the model apartment one last time and had the worst customer service experience. Our first experience with Cynthia was awesome. I lived here for 18 months. It was fine when I lived there, but moving out was the problem. I had previously been given the early termination fee, quoted as 2x base rent, or ~2k. I transferred with my job and only had 1 week notice that I would be leaving. When I told Pinnacle Terrace, they said I had to pay for 4 months, because I had to pay for 60 days more and then the 2 month term fee. Basically, they use intentionally vague language in the contracts to pull this over on you. So I ended up paying for 4 months I never lived there. What a racket. If I had known this I would have signed a shorter

I have lived in Pinnacle Terrace for just about 8 months. I have had nothing but a super positive experience. The staff remember my name and have been very accommodating. When I moved in my apartment was clean, newly renovated and very homey. The location is amazing right off of the 101 and near the mall and Starbucks. I have absolutely loved living here and the price is perfect for what you get.
