Several others have mentioned this as well, but the Linc will charge you a ridiculous amount when you move out. When we moved in we didn't take pictures of every inch of the apartment which was a mistake on our part. At move out, we were charged over $600, on top of our deposit, to replace floor planks, fix a barely visible scratch on the counter, and replace blinds that were not broken. When I emailed the manager asking why 72 floor planks were purchased, which would be enough to replace most of the living room, I never received an answer and she was never available to take my calls. It seems

I moved in a little over a month ago and I have been absolutely loving this place. Right from the beginning the leasing staff was awesome! Ashley listened to everything I wanted and picked an apartment for me that met all my needs. (And while Ashley leads the pack in awesomeness, every person I've talked to in the leasing office has been great.) The building is clean and quiet. The maintainance people have been speedy when I have asked for anything, And I am really enjoying living here. It is also just one block from the river which is amazing!

Great location, renovated property, pest-free and safe relative to downtown Portland. Great apartments with maintenance teams that respond within 2-3 days. Everything is streamlined, and having a gated parking lot is nice, too. I feel safe and at home here.
There are lots of friendly dogs around, and plenty of space for myself when taking a walk. The fountain park would be nice once they start running water in it again.. it’s a bit bleak right now. I like the large windows that make the apartment feel more spacious. Water pressure & temperature is great.
10/10 would recommend.

We lived at the Linc for almost two years before we decided to break our lease and move.
We had almost no problems at the Linc for the first year of living there, but then things started to go downhill very quickly. We had new neighbors move both directly above and below us. The above neighbors would be so loud at random hours (usually 11 pm onward, and then 5 am - 7 am), and it could only be described as constantly moving furniture? It was SO. LOUD. So we emailed the front desk and called courtesy patrol and it would stop, only to start again a few days

We have lived here about 3 weeks now and Ashley - one of the leasing agents - has been absolutely amazing. Any issue I've had she has gotten back to me incredibly quickly and offered solutions. Yesterday a package of mine got lost and I asked her if she had seen it and she went so far as to personally call the delivery locker providers to investigate and recover my package, all within an hour. Ashley is seriously a superstar!

Our experience with Ashley at Linc245 was phenomenal. We requested a tour, and she went above and beyond to find us multiple units to tour that matched everything we were looking for. When we expressed ambivalence about the best unit, she went out of her way to find us another unit that suited our needs. We are currently in the screening process, but I could not wait to leave a review because of our wonderful experience with Ashley. If you are looking for someone to help you find your perfect new home, call Ashley at Linc245; you will not be disappointed. She uses her personal and professional

I've lived here for a few years. Sadly I'm not renewing my lease for a couple of reasons I think would be helpful for others to know:
- Noise: This is the main reason. If you live in an apartment facing the parking lot courtyard it is NOISY, especially during summer months. Why they don't post notices is beyond me. The noise above us has always been horrendous. I'm not even sure the people above us are doing anything out of the ordinary but we hear stomping and pounding all evening through the night. I've made complaints and I've been offered to transfer to a new

I tried to respond to the reply on my original post, however there is no option. I did request a tour of a two bedroom. In addition, I spoke with someone to confirm our appointment. We had already seen the appliances, etc. from the pictures, so our concern was the layout. We wanted to see if our furniture would work in the space. As I stated, someone could have reached out in advance, so we could have made a decision on whether we wanted to see the appliances or our potential two bedroom space.

Where do you even begin, when it comes to talking about the service and support you receive from the Linc crew.. In all my years of renting and dealing with different office management teams (almost two decades now at this point), never have I missed living somewhere because of the people that run it. From the moment I first toured my apartment, to the flexibility and humanity that was extended to me when moving out in the middle of a global pandemic, these guys and gals kept it 100 and consistent. Even to this day I still manage to have items sent by mail to my old address, and they go out of

I just transferred apartments into a new studio. It's so awesome!!!! My dog and I are super happy. There's actually a lot of storage space, you'd be surprised. Having a dishwasher is pretty awesome for a studio! The bathroom is big. Mine has a walk-in closet.
It's a really friendly community and you will like being here. It's really convenient, especially if you do TriMet.
Bonus is an Amazon Hub in site!

I thoroughly enjoyed living at the Linc. Such a great space to call home! Rent is about 200 less than anything other apartment community in the area. Plus you don't need to compromise on convenience, location, or quality of living.
It's clean.
It's safe.
It's central.
AND
It's quiet.
What else do you need?
Oh yeah...they have an awesome staff too!
Thank you Stephen, Nick, and Ashlie
For always being so kind, helpful and accommodating.

Great management and amenities. Super pet friendly and cheap pet rent. We lived in the 245 building in a newer modeled apt and it was great. Still have to deal with apt things like noises and stuff but you'll get those things anywhere you live. Social gatherings include alcoholic drinks and food which is pretty nice. Great location next the food trucks and close to the waterfront and downtown. Angie managed our lease and she's super great.

****Jamie from the link called me after reading this review. She was nice and apologized for my experience. She said that she will speak with the staff members and coach them better to make sure that something like this doesn't happen again. I really appreciate this. When management responds to complaints of discrimination, that is a sign of a good company. I think there is definitely hope that these apartments will become a good place for everyone to live and visit.
Here is what I wrote:

My boyfriend lived here for a year and I would dread coming over to his apartment. Everything at this place has been obviously done on the cheap, despite the exorbitant prices they charge for apartments with consistently broken plumbing and electrical issues. They even made the parking spots in the garage smaller to try to squeeze money out of commuters who don't live at the apartment but pay to park downtown. The common areas are always FILTHY and stained. There's been times when I'm not sure what bodily fluids are present in the elevator, and no one on staff apparently prioritizes

Avoid the Linc at all cost. I am writing this review while my balcony has been covered in urine for the sixth time by our upstairs neighbor.
We reported this to management, who responded by accusing us of doing it, as the urine also dripped to the apartment below. Our apartment was then "inspected," to ensure that, despite photographic evidence of urine dripping from the ceiling, our small pug was not the culprit. For the next three months (Yes, this went on for three months), we struggled to get the management to take any sort of action beyond forcing their maintenance staff to clean

The only reason I give it one star is because zero stars is not an option. Do not waste your time, the stress and your sanity.
By far the worst apartment experience I have ever had. I moved out of the linc301 five months ago and made the terrible mistake of just parking in the parking lot after circling the surrounding blocks for 30 minutes looking for parking (shame on me, I know). I returned 10-15 minutes later with a sticker which I now cannot remove from my window. I understand I should not have parked there but a simple warning under the windshield wiper would get the message across

Linc 245 is a horrible place to live for many reasons, here is reason #10. I ordered a package for Christmas that was delivered to my residence on December 4, 2014 which Linc 245 lost.
I have a delivery confirmation from USPS that at 11:53 am on December 4, 2014, tracking number 9405510200881409035437 that my package was delivered to the Linc245 office in addition to USPS leaving me written confirmation in my mailbox of my package delivery.
Jaime Bryant, General Manager told me that "Linc 245 only accepts packages for tenants as a courtesy and is not liable per the tenant lease."
