I've lived here 2 years and it's a decent place to live. The staff are very friendly. The only issue is that the rent prices make no sense at all. I called to price my current 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom and they told me that a 1 bedroom was more than a 2 bedroom. They couldn't explain why that was the case. So I'll be moving when my lease is up.

RUN DO NOT RENT HERE
left my apartment spotless
Paid all my final bills and still got hit with 400 dollars in "cleaning costs" AFTER THEY KEPT MY DEPOSIT!
They switched management 3 times in the 6 months I lived there. Go somewhere else do not rent here if you don't want to be charged 1500 for leaving plus 400 more for "cleaning"
When I moved in I had paint chips in my washer and dryer
Had nails everywhere laying in the carpet, holes clearly patched on the wall that were not professional repaired
The bath tub was "resurfaced" when I moved in it was yellow not white.

Worst staff, we've had neighbors from hell for over a month now. Everyday it sounds like an earthquake and I've called 7 times and nothing has been done. The maintenance guys are great (correction) but the outside contractors they call are horrible. The gates don't work right half the time. The security that's there every blue moon and do nothing. Looks very nice at first, it's not.
PS Look at their reply, as I've ready said it's been discussed already multiple times. They don't listen.

Little to No damage to apartment and tried to make me pay a grand to fix the “damages” do not get an apartment here completely overpriced and in a bad part of town before I left a crackhead tried to steal my moms car while visiting and will try to screw u when u finally leave u can find better apartments AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Finally the property owners have change managers. Shay McCombs is no longer in charge. It’s been less than 6 months and you can already see the changes. It’s way cleaner outdoors; I don’t have to practically beg for a maintenance order, as long as is within reason; Patty is polite, listens, & actually does residential events that are nice even when the owners are not present (Shay would only make it seem nice if she knew the owners would be here). I really like the whole management team

This review is more for the maintenance of the property.
I wanted to mention that (Matthew) one of the maintenance guys that works here is truly a hard worker who cares about the property. I walk the property often for exercise and notice that when he's not here, garbage starts to accumulate on the premises. I don't know about you but when you walk around where you live, you don't like to see that the area you live in starts to be cluttered with garbage. He's friendly and easy to approach. Thank you Matt for keeping the area we live in. Clean!

Worst experience renting I have ever had. Management and staff are unhelpful in every sense and have poor attitudes. Staff turnover rate is extremely high: they went through at least four different maintenance people in the year that I live there. None of them could even paint or fix anything properly. Their on site security is a joke. Super ghetto and unprofessional. They went through two security companies since I was there.
Also, they implement useless services such as trash valet to price gouge residents. They tried to charge me for carpet services that were never completed.

I just moved out of this complex after living here for 2 years and I had a great experience. Shay was always kind and helpful if I had any issues. Maintenance was quick to make repairs and address any concerns I had. They have a trash pick up service that keeps you from having to make trips to the dumpster, which is nice.
