I lived in an APG property for the past year now. Usually when I have a problem with the apartment they show up to take a look at it. I made a few of my own modifications to the apartment and they have always approved it. Rent is reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend APG properties if a person needs an apartment.

From the 2 properties I've lived in from APG I get the feeling they are only concerned with making money and are pretty much just concerned with their bottom line. In the winter they put a cover over the thermostat to keep it at 68 but did nothing to fix the door, which was letting in most of the air and turning the living area into an ice box. Complained about a leaky fridge. They replaced the fridge with another fridge that doesn't seal and still leaks. Maybe they take better care of the properties that pay higher rent but unless you're desperate stay away.
