Crossroads Eye Care

I called them about 20 minutes prior to closing to make sure they knew I would be coming to get my contacts since they closed at 4. At 3:58, as I pulled in, they were all walking out and I asked if they could help me since I had called and confirmed not 20 minutes ago, but they said no and they were closed. Very disappointing, especially because I need the contacts and it was an emergency.

Friendly Staff. Comfortable environment. Doctor Canida is both easy to get along with and very professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for great eye care.

Made sure everything was taken care of, even when my eyes had issues adjusting they made sure everything was correct and that the prescription was accurate.

Dr Macha is always kind and efficient. She explains any issues well and is very patient. Ask Kristin to help choose frames is you are getting new glasses. She is very good at it!

I have been going here for over 10 years until I moved out of state. It was called Crossroads at 96th St Eyecare before. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and get to know you. Dr. Lewton is great. They do comprehensive eye exams and answer all my questions regarding eye health. They gave me referrals to an eye surgeon and LASIK eye surgeon who were the top in their field . They explained my vision care insurance plan and how I could maximize my savings. The front office staff, Lori and Marsha, are amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. There are so many frame selections
