Dr. Karina A. Snyder, O.D., is an experienced optometric physician serving the community in the Indianapolis area. At Infinity Eye Care, she works alongside a group of friendly and highly trained staff offering a wide spectrum of eye care services and treatments. Dr. Snyder attended Loyola University of Chicago before receiving her optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2004.

Needed a new eye care provider and infinity eye care has hooked me:) I was able to set up my whole appt through text it was so easy and convenient! Then I slept through my appt and they still managed to get me in the same day lol! The team had chemistry and character, they were so kind and even funny to me. I tried on like every pair of glasses and they had to disinfect all of them after so cudos to them! My only disappointment is that it’ll take a week or two for my glasses to be ready, I’m def used to same day pick up at the eye doctor. However other than that the service was great and I’ll

This eye care place is second to none. Very professional and well staffed. I had an accident that injured my eye severely requiring surgery by another specialist. After 4 surgeries on my eye to repair a detached retina I visited doctor Snyder on a routine visit. He noticed that I still had a missing retina and lens and arranged for me to visit a specialist who could fix both problems. It was amazing, the specialist ordered an artificial iris and lens for me. I emailed infinity looking to make a telehealth appnt to get a prescription for my eyelid issue. Bessie went the extra mile and responded that I could do it virtually; but if I wanted to come in, I could get a sample to try the medicine first as was slightly costly and not covered by insurance. I got an immediate appointment, got to try the medicine, got my prescription, a couple samples, and even got my colored contacts prescription refilled. The staff here is amazing! I am beyond thrilled with the service I got here today and this will the place I go for all of my eye needs going forward.

I had a lovely experience with everyone here—from reception, techs, optometrist, and doctor. Everyone was absolutely welcoming, kind, and communicated clearly with me about the process and procedures.

It was the previous reviews that was instrumental in me calling Infinity EyeCare Reviews really make a difference So my first appointment was today December 1st 2021 I saw Dr Synder She was great She explained everything to me in terms I could understand and gave me choices I didn’t know I had I went in thinking I would be scheduled for Cataract Surgery,However Dr Synder let me know I had other options,Which I decided on different plans. I have a specific problem and it isn't about the service but the products. I think the service is great and the people are great. But I recently got glasses from them and they look horrible. They were gold but it's now flaking off and there is grime that gets stuck in between the glasses that I can't get out. I can't say that I didn't get my money's worth because my insurance covered everything but I wish I hadn't wasted my free pair of glasses on glasses that look good awful after a few months. I was offered options to get brand new glasses with the frame and lenses but it's far too much money

I have never been to a new Doctor's office that was as professional,caring and caring. I had been told by other providers that my eyes were fine and made to feel like I was imagining the changes in my vision. I was treated with respect and care from my first call to the end of my visit. My problems were diagnosed and I was referred to a retinal specialist. When I need new eyeglasses I will definitely go to Infinity!

This office has always served my needs well until this year's visit, July 29. I had essentially the same exam I've always had and was told my cataract had changed in one eye. That was the extent of my "medical" exam. Doctor agreed to share information with my primary care physician. I learned August 23 my primary doctor had no information about my visit. They asked me to pay a refraction fee of $39. due to the fact that they would have to bill for medical and couldn't bill insurance for vision exam. Then I received a bill for my medical copay of 40. which brings my total to $79. for exact same

I’ve had complicated eye issues in the past, so I’m very particular about who I trust my eyes with, I could not more impressed with a staff than that I found at Infinity Eye Care on Post Road. The entire staff is not only extremely efficient but personable as well. Dr Karina Snyder took the time to find out what the issue was..instead of a quick fix of a symptom. She actively listened to me and prescribed a healing program that is working. My eyesight has greatly improved and headaches lessened. I am so pleased with results and would recommend that whole staff in a heart beat
