The key to teaching our children to love God is stated simply and clearly in Deuteronomy 6:5-7. If we want our children to follow God, we must make God a part of our children's everyday experiences. Services
The carpenter shop is by far the best thing we've ever done for our boys early education! The staff, teachers, and fellow parents are some of the sweetest people I've ever known. I visited other schools before I came upon TCS - it's the one that's most like an actual school. The hallways are fun, the classes are each unique and you can tell the teachers put a lot of love into their classrooms.
The Carpenter's Shop Christian Preschool welcomes all families who seek a Christian-based early learning program for their children. We do not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, handicap, religious faith, national and ethnic origin to the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
At The Carpenter's Shop we begin with a nurturing environment that keeps babies warm, safe and happy. Babies are encouraged to explore God's wonderful world around them and are guided to interact with others through singing, story time, art and exercise. Activities are introduced that stimulate brain development, prepare them for talking, help them to gain the motor skills they will need in the coming years.
A toddler's life is marked by rapid growth in language acquisition, self-sufficiency and social skills. Strong emphasis is placed on exploring God's wonderful world and learning to play together. Toddlers will begin to learn and understand socially appropriate behavior. Our unique program is designed to maximize each child's spiritual, intellectual, physical, social, creative and emotional growth.
A balanced learning curriculum is used to create a blend of child-initiated and teacher-directed activities. Our two year old program combines a multitude of exciting activities every day that fosters a love of learning and a positive self-image in our students. The Christian based A Beka curriculum is followed along with The Creative Pre-K Curriculum.

Both of my daughters attended TCS from the time they were 3. They both graduated from Kindergarten more than fully prepared for first grade, and the time they spent at TCS was memorable, sweet, and they learned and grew immensely while there. I'll always be grateful to TCS for the love and attention they showed to my girls.

My son has been attending here since he was 6 weeks old and now he is a year old. He has flourished at TCS. I am so thankful for the ladies in the nursery and all of the others throughout the school and can not wait for my son to have all of these teachers over the next few years. TCS is always quick to communicate and always keeps you in the loop!

I can’t say enough great things about the loving preschool environment at The Carpenter’s Shop! My first son attended starting age 6 weeks in 2011. My second son just graduated pre-k there this year. My two other sons are excited to go back to school at TCS next week and see there teachers and classmates they have grown to love. The teachers at TCS are nothing short of amazing. They are caring, loving, selfless, and as close to family as you could hope for when entrusting you’re kids to someone else for 8+ hours a day while you have to go to work everyday. There are a number of different ways a school should be reviewed and considered before you enroll your children - one of them bring communication. Based on what I’ve reviewed and have come to understand over the last few days, this school needs training on how to handle difficult conversations, even if the end result is agreeing to disagree. To block parents from social media platforms or ignore calls and emails is unprofessional and doesn’t solve a problem. Communication, even difficult communication, is critical especially in the times in which we live. We are so divided in our communities

To say TCS is an amazing school is an understatement. The staff and owners truly care for each and every child as if it's their own. Teaching Jesus to little minds is something that is very important to me and they go above and beyond to do that.
The kids that leave TCS are so incredible smart! I know my child knew the alphabet, letter sounds and numbers after leaving the 3 year old class. That is stuff that is taught in kindergarten.
I could go on all day about how wonderful TCS is! Highly recommend it to anyone!

The only place to send your little one! My daughter has been at The Carpenter Shop since she was 10 weeks old. The love that they have poured into her is such a blessing. She has even taught us sign language & we love using it in our house. Jesus is absolutely at work at TCS and you can see his love in all the teachers there!! ❤

Working here has been an amazing experience,
A blessing to see all of God’s love being poured into children and all of the knowledge they receive while here. My whole family has been sending their kids since 2012 and currently enrolled. It’s an amazing preschool.

This place has been a significant blessing for our two kids. This is their second year attending TCS, and we have noticed a marked increase in their knowledge about God and their interpersonal skills. The staff at TCS has walked through some very challenging experiences with our family, and we couldn't be more grateful for the way they have invested in our children through all of them. We highly recommend this preschool!
