WiseMind Yoga is a boutique and co teaching studio specializing in development of custom programs which support clients through a mixture of both traditional yoga (physical practice - Asana, breathwork - Pranayama and Mindful & Visualization meditation) and non-traditional yoga which introduces the concept of yoga psychology (techniques such as: shadow work - identifying and changing unhealthy behavior patterns = Samskara in Sanskrit and family of origin - identifying root cause of behavior patterns based on lineage, etc.).
