Colin has always been an active person, from competing in athletics throughout his life, from receiving his certification as a personal trainer in 2002 (NSCA-CPT) to graduating with a Masters in Sports Management. Years ago, Colin realized something was missing from his training routine. The answer, YOGA!
We are now offering the chance to book your own personal hour of time in the CFY yoga room! If practicing solo in a studio setting with heat and no distractions sounds appealing, we have various times available throughout the week at a cost of $25/hour. A teacher will be present to check you in and then leave you be.
Level 1 yoga classes are suitable for beginners, or those looking to refine their practice. They are taught at a slower pace while focusing on basic postures and linking them together. This class will provide you the mechanics to help you build healthy poses and is tailored for students who are looking for a more fundamental slower paced practice.
Our outdoor yoga classes have returned! This year we are offering outdoor classes throughout the week in our own Arboretum parking lot. Continue to check the schedule for our most up-to-date offerings! Thursday night's 6pm class is a $5 "Happy Hour Flow" where students can drop-in for just five bucks (or with any package or membership) through our MindBody online store!
CFY's YTT 200 program will provide the education, tools, hands-on experience, and confidence needed to set you on the path of yoga with a greater sense of self and life purpose. This program is about discovering your most authentic self to help you make positive life choices on and off your yoga mat.

I went to 12 prenatal yoga classes here at the end of my first pregnancy, and I loved it! The instructor Tara is so sweet and thoughtful and a great yoga teacher. She prepared a different intention for each class with a theme and inspirational quotes, and even included facts on how yoga can help you during your pregnancy and labor (ex- squatting shortens the outlet of your pelvis, etc). I'm not working so I mostly attended the Wednesday morning class, and I must say, towards the end of my pregnancy it made me feel so accomplished some days to get out of the house for an hour and focus on myself

The classes are ok. The people who go are nice. You might get flack if you're a guy doing yoga though. I did boxing before and got a much better workout. All in all it's an okay place except the owner might think it weird that a guy spends time at a yoga studio.

In June I purchased a beginner package at Cary Flow Yoga - 2 weeks unlimited. I had never done yoga or much exercise other than walking before and was pretty intimidated.

Colin the owner was friendly, encouraging and supportive. His beginner class is fantastic for newbies - reviewing the basic poses and checking for proper alignment.

Most classes I've taken have been with either Colin, Lindsay or Anna. Though each has their own style, all are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. Modifications are offered for various skill levels or individual injuries.

I am new to the yoga world and love all that Cary Flow Yoga has to offer. As a newbie, I was intimidated but the CFY instructors made me feel right at home. The classes are challenging and each instructor brings their own unique twist to each class. You will leave feeling physically and mentally stronger.

I was so pleased to find Cary Flow. I'd become interested in Pilates and TRX and found that the schedule for TRX here was more in line with what I needed. (So far, they're not offering Pilates--maybe soon? A girl can dream, right?) (Studio Vibes has the pilates that I've come to really like.)

I signed on for the 15/30 pass, which is $30 for all the TRX and yoga classes you care to take. So far, I've only done the TRX classes, but I can tell you, they are first rate.

I really like that there are different instructors, so the classes I've been to so far, two with Colin

Colin came highly recommended by fellow Baptiste yogis and they were not wrong! The studio is lovely, the loaner mats are great. Parking is ample and the studio had a good vibe. There were six other brave souls at the 6:30am class, a good sign that a local studio has dedicated yogis.

Should work travel bring me back to RDU, you can bet that you'll find me on the mat at Cary Flow Yoga.

I have thoroughly enjoying practicing at Cary Flow Yoga. The studio is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the class sizes are typically smaller which allows for some individualized attention. The location is convenient and the class times too. I highly recommend you give Cary Flow Yoga a try! You won't regret it!

I love CFY! So glad to finally find a good studio where each instructor starts with an intention that always speaks to me. I'm a big fan of their yin yoga classes that make me slow down, sit and be even when I want to run a round and do cartwheels in my mind... Collin is really attentive to client needs and I've been able to arrange private group classes... the studio is roomy and nice space to practice. Nice touches like hair ties and feminie products available in the bathrooms. Parking is pretty easy most times. Def highly recommend!!

I have been searching for a place where I could try out TRX suspension training without signing up for a monthly/annual membership first. This was it! The size of the class is smaller than I expected but it allows for a manageable intimate class. The instructor Colin was awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed the workout. The next day I was sore all over but that just proved that this class is a full body workout and it specifically targeted the most important areas for me. I really appreciate the flexibility of the price options; you can do a single class, a certain number of classes a month, or monthly

I'm a fitness fanatic so I like to have a place to go everywhere I travel and this is my spot everytime I visit Raleigh. I've tried out a few other places but was always underwhelmed until I visited Cary Flow. I always work up a sweat and feel amazing and rejuvenated when I leave.

I've started going to Cary Flow Yoga after buying a Groupon deal. I wanted to get back into yoga (I only did vinyasa yoga a couple years ago for 6 or 7 months). I'm so thankful to have found Cary Flow Yoga. You'll find that there are multiple yoga studios in the Raleigh area. I'm new to Raleigh, so I was a bit overwhelmed by every yoga studio and all the options/pricing differences. But what got me through Cary Flow's doors was the Groupon deal. And what will keep me at Cary Flow Yoga is the instruction. I REALLY appreciate the attentiveness of the staff. I'm somebody

I'm not a big yoga person, I do the TRX offered on Wednesdays and Fridays at lunch time, and they are fantastic! I have had a few different instructors and they all offer something a little different. I highly recommend taking a class here!

As an experienced yoga practitioner, I can say the instructors at CFY are well educated and teach safe, dynamic classes. You are bound to find something to fit your needs, whether it's beginner or more advanced. I feel at home here and enjoy getting my dose of yoga from this friendly studio.

My first class was free and Colin (the owner) also offers a 15 day unlimited pass for $30 which is a great way to try out all the instructors.

This is such a great place to practice yoga. The instructors are friendly and knowledgable and the class times are easy to fit into a busy schedule. When I first moved here, I searched for almost a year to find a great studio and I'm so happy that Cary Flow opened! I highly recommend trying a class--the first one is free! (Be careful, you'll get hooked.)

I'd been meaning to check out Cary Flow Yoga; it's around the corner from the Starbucks, and I also had a LivingSocial deal (5 classes for $25).

The site said to show up early in order to fill out some paperwork, plus they lock the door during sessions if you're late. Not wanting to be "that student," I got there early and ended up speaking with the owner, Colin, for a few minutes. I was impressed that the owner took time out of what he was doing in to show me around, ask about my experience with yoga, and generally welcome me to the space. We were off to a good start

I didn't have a lot of experience when I first started at Cary Flow. Mostly it came from yoga classes offered at my gym which usually left me underwhelmed. But I can easily say that Colin (who's also the owner) has been the best instructor I've found thus far in the triangle. His classes are challenging and have a great flow to them. I'm someone who gets bored easily so it's great that one class is always so different from the next.

What I like best is that the studio has a way of making anyone feel welcome. I've only taken Colin's classes thus far, but he gives

I came by Cary Flow Yoga on a Saturday morning. I was a minute late, so the owner, Colin, ushered me into the room with a smile and an understanding tone.

I've done many hundreds of hours of yoga with many different teachers. It is challenging to find good teachers in the triangle, defining "good" as someone who really knows what they're talking about, gives you some challenging structure and then kind of gets out of your way and lets you make your own adjustments. The only teachers that I have really liked have all been in either downtown Durham or downtown Raleigh, but nowhere
