Starting with today's post, I will be writing about some of the most common 'frequently asked questions' related to yoga from time to time. I will start by answering the most important and the obvious question, "what is yoga?" If you look up the word "yoga" in the Monier-Williams Sanskrit dictionary you will find close to 40 different meanings listed.
This is an open, ongoing class designed for the beginner level students. However, the class can be enjoyed by students at all levels - total beginners to seasoned practitioners, as each participant is encouraged to practice at his or her own level of flexibility, strength, endurance and balance. The students will be introduced to the basic hatha yoga routine for Integral Yoga.
Feedback from current and past students is perhaps the best indication of how satisfied they feel after attending the yoga programs that I offer. I have been practicing yoga for 7 years, all of those years have been with Subhash. I first started yoga due to back problems (a spinal fusion in my teens turned into scoliosis as an adult).

Subhashji is best teacher, his reaching styles are very good, his knowledge of theory, history of yoga and yogasutra is phenomenal. I really appreciate his down to earth approach of teaching that a novice can feels very comfortable from day one.
His knowledge of yogasan, pranayam and meditation, philosophy of yoga are super duper. After taking 21days pranayam class and three days retreat, which was awesome, I joined as yearly member.

Subhashji is one of the best teacher I have ever encountered in my life. I would encourage everyone to take part in his 21 day yoga course, it really changes you in a very positive way. Highly recommended. My wife could visibly see a sharp reduction in my anxiety and stress during the program and I am glad I found this studio.

Subhash is an excellent yoga teacher and has extensive knowledge on Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation. Every class he will focus on specific part of the body along with some regular routines and breathing techniques. Sometimes he explains theoretical aspect of yoga from ancient text of patanjali yoga sutras. Basically we will get a complete workout and covers all the essential daily practices recommended by yoga. I started seeing the benefits with in 1-2 months and my body became more flexible and my balance and concentration more consistent AND my mind calmer with complete peace of mind . I would
