Do not move here if you don’t wake up before 7am every day because you WILL be woken up by either construction or lawn services. When I called just to ask about the lawn service schedule due to the noise from mowing and weed eating right below my window at 7am and also expecting a baby in a few months, which I kindly explained to Chris the property manager, I was rudely and with tone told that no one else had complained all year about it and that was the only explanation I received. They are building more apartment buildings to the west and houses to the east so we are enclosed with loud noise

Great apartment complex. I moved into the newest building and had a few electrical issues. Maintenance was quick to figure out and fix the issue and I was reimbursed for my troubles. My apartment is spacious, clean, and in a great location. I love the apartment gym / pool and use them often. On holidays I will find goodie bags on my door and I love that. The apartment complex is in a very safe area and the apartment staff are quick to reply to any concerns.

Absolute awful customer service by the property manager Chris. Not a good look calling your residents liars over a simple miscommunication. When a resident believes that they are told they are allowed to have something in their apartment and then informed otherwise there is no need to call them a liar about being told they could have it. Simply stating that there was a miscommunication and it’s unfortunately gonna have to be removed would have been just fine, but when given an attitude over the phone and told you are wrong and a liar by a property manager, it doesn’t make you very happy. Great place to live if you are looking for an affordable place in west Wichita/Maize area. The apartments are spacious with washer and dryer included, which was a huge selling point. Quiet area and well lit, with a fitness center and pool as well as a nice area to walk around outside by ponds. Pets and smoking areas are allowed. The property management staff as well as grounds keeper/maintenance workers are very friendly, keep residence informed and respond quickly. They also plan fun events. For Halloween, they had a door decorating contest, which was fun to see all the doors. Around Christmas

My family and I did a short term lease here. Hands down the best property management team we have ever had. From the application process to the move out, they were communicative and accommodating. Always friendly and professional. I cannot say enough how impressed we were with their service - thank you Chris and Keely and any others who work in the apartment office, you truly go above and beyond for your residents! Close to WSU, Newman. You can have a co signer if you’re just starting out with no credit history. Great place for couples moving in or just married. If you’re military a good location to rent before you get into Base housing. Shopping, movies and top notch schools. Smoking is permitted, so are large breed dogs. The dog park is in Swanson park, just a few minutes drive away. Easy accessible with no gates and a horse shoe driveway. I highly recommend Copper Creek Apartments to anyone looking for a great Maize/West Wichita apartment at an affordable cost! The property manager, Brittany, is very responsive and helpful, so that’s a huge bonus when renting. I leased a one-bedroom end style unit that comes with additional square footage in the living room and additional windows, and it was very spacious with lots of natural light. The large sized kitchen is fantastic with a gas stove, nice shaker style cabinetry with plenty of cabinet space, all stainless steel appliances, and a pantry.
