Terrible experience throughout my one year stay. Was a good tenant the entire time, payed rent on time every month, although was constantly trying to be charged late fees, which i then had to go to there office everytime to set it straight because windham courts will try to rob you whenever they get the chance if you aren't careful. Then the trashy unclean apartment that you receive at the beginning of your stay isn't spotless they will charge you out the wazoo for them to probably do nothing about it, you do a walk through at the end of your stay which is completely pointless because then they

I absolutely love it. Besides being in a great location, the people here are awesome. There’s a real sense of community. The staff here is amazing as well. Very friendly and the maintenance are quick! The unit I currently am staying at is a two bedroom newly renovated with a perfect view from my balcony. There's a fireplace, pool, nice gym. I toured quite a few places and this is hands down the best I have seen. Highly recommended!!

These apartments were the best start to me and my wife’s start to our life together! It offered a lot of space, We stayed in the 2 bedroom two bath. Everything is high quality and the service team is quick to respond to your needs. The property is super clean and everything looked very nice. If you’re looking for a nice apartment in the Wichita area definitely check these out. My experience all around was very good.

I've lived in Windham apartments since 2009 and I have enjoyed my time here. Aside from being a clean place to live the people at the management office have been helpful and courteous. I have known Elianna for years and she has been incredibly helpful to my needs. She is very direct and to the point in an incredibly honest way. Also, I've known Robin for a few months but she has also been very helpful. The cleaning crew and maintenance are awesome too. I highly recommend anyone who wants to live in the area.

Do NOT move in here! This place doesn't even deserve one star! They NEVER fix anything that you ask them to fix, our hot water heater went out THREE times in the middle of winter and they REFUSED to fix it properly. TWO of the buildings were CONDEMNED until just a few months ago, they STILL haven't fixed all the damage caused by a wind storm that occurred a freaking year ago! And they claim to have security that monitors the premises but in the 2 and a half years that I lived there (unhappily) I never once saw any security! The "gym" consists of a treadmill and a broken bicycle
