I have lived here going on 4 years. I must say the maintenance crew we have currently is top notch. Every time I have made a request with the maintenance supervisor or the office, they are dealing with the issue the same day and if not the next day. Recently I informed them the light bulb in the dining room ceiling fan was burned out and i was unable to get the glass off the fan to change the bulb. I was not at home when they fixed it however, when i returned the issue had been fixed. The only issue i had was the bulb was very dim and I could hardly see. Absolutely love it here !! The gals in the office are always so sweet and helpful. They do so many fun and festive activities too. It’s cute, clean and safe, those are great pluses in my book!!

We moved in march 2021, i have a 10 yr old and the pool is just on the side of the apartment....and my work is just 5 mins away and so is my sons school.... the staff is helpful and there if we need anything....

I enjoy living at Forrest Grove because the community is quiet and very peaceful. The front office is very helpful and communicates well. It's a very good place to live.

I love living here! Rachel and Tish in the office.are wonderful to work with..if anything needs to be done they are happy to help. Joe is also amazing, anytime something needs fixed, hes there! Best apartment complex Ive ever lived at!

We have lived here a little over a month now. We absolutely love it. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Our move in process was a little difficult due to our personal circumstances but Tish and the staff went above and beyond for us. Any concerns we have had have been taken care of with a quick phone call or email. This is a fantastic place to call home.
