WOW! Took my ring in for prong repair (all 6 needed work) and it looks better than new! Thank you Andrew for your honesty, amazing attention to detail and not breaking my bank account! What a little hidden gem here in south Johnson County you are! It's nice to support a local business that really does care about it's customer! I had to have this 30 year old ring cut off my finger in the ER and it was mangled horribly. Jewelry by Andrew fixed it for what we thought was a reasonable price. The lady that takes care of the counter and customers was very friendly and helpful. My ring looks new again!!! Definitely would go back here!

I have been here a few times over the years and it’s always been a great and enjoyable experience working with this husband/wife team. They are both very educated on all things gemstone and jewelry repair. Andrew is a highly talented artisan jeweler with his own setup so things don’t take near as long as the ‘big box retailer’ stores do since things aren’t sent far away to some factory. And the prices are very fair and reasonable for the outstanding beautiful quality you receive! Love it!

The people who work here are really nice, and they do a great job. I brought in several pieces of jewelry--three clasps that needed to be broken for two necklaces and one bracelet--and a rather intricate piece of stainless steel jewelry that I love, but that I was sure was forever broken. I was impressed by the quality of service here. I just do not think you can get with a "mail-in" place. Their prices are reasonable, and what you get in return is really satisfying. They also sell a lot of beautiful jewelry which seems reasonably priced.

Awesome, family owned jewelry shop. Bozena spent a lot of time and energy helping me find the perfect stacker ring. She told me that we could change the yellow gold to white gold and I'm so happy that they could do this. They pay attention to the customers' needs and take time to make sure everything is how you want it. Much better than going to a chain jewelry shop.

I went in to have a watch band adjusted. I had been to another store nearby who wanted to keep the watch for a day or two, which I wasn't willing to do.
When I walked in to Jewelry by Andrew, Andrew himself immediately took my watch, adjusted it and made sure it was perfect on my wrist. I wasn't there more than 5 minutes.
I have bought jewelry before from other shops, but not anymore. This is my my shop now, simply because of the great service and being treated like a valued customer even though all I requested was a watch band adjustment. Thanks Andrew!

I needed a ring sized way down and was told by another jeweler that it couldn't be done due to the design and structure of the band with diamonds in it. The jeweler then recommended I try Jewelry by Andrew. He said "If anyone can do it, it will be Andrew." And he was right! Andrew not only did a beautiful job, it was done in 30 minutes and for nearly half the price I had been quoted for other sizings. Other jewelers said 2 days to 2 weeks turnaround, and we needed this ring ASAP. Thanks, Jewelry by Andrew, for the best customer service experience I've had in a long time!

Just picked up my pearl and diamond ring that Andrew created for me. I absolutely love it!! Bozena helped me create the perfect setting for this ring. It complements the pearl necklace and bracelet I had custom made by Andrew and Bozena this summer. They do such wonderful custom work!

I have had a terrible experience with Jewelry by Andrew and will never return. I have an allergy to metals that causes intense itching and rash, so this greatly limits me. After talking with the owners, I decided on a $200 pair of Eleganza sterling silver earrings that were just beautiful. Initially, they encouraged me to try rhodium plating (a $20.00 charge) over the wires due to my allergy that only allows platinum. I had purchased a ring in Mexico that needed repair. After getting several estimates/opinions, I stopped in Jewelry by Andrew and could not have been more pleased. After being told by one jeweler that the ring was not worth fixing, Andrew fixed it for 1/3 of the price it would have been to have shipped it back to Mexico or have it fixed elsewhere. He asked if I had had any other pieces with me that I would like to have cleaned. He repaired my ring, while I waited, and cleaned and straightened another ring that had was bent from wear. Super nice, super friendly, trustworthy and reasonable.

So I have this broken, somewhat cheap watch - I take it to an other jewelry place in town and they tell me it has no battery but other than that it doesn't work. So that didn't help me much. Then I take it to Jewelry by Andrew and he puts it under this super powerful microscope and discovers that the coil is broken inside, he even let me take a look through the microscope! He was also telling me how his watch expert cleans really nice watches. Really nice guy and small shop - support the underdog!
