Parking is a pain in building D i have had alot of problems with guests that take our spots and make the paying tenant walk a far way to our apt.
We were told that we have 2 designated areas but its first come first serve.so how can it be both?
I do not like this parking set up .no one does antthing about it.
If you dont want to walk to get home dont move here..
I want the fan put up as well.we were told two weeks ago it would be put up.still waiting..these people park in our spots that are visitors late at night .

Moved over a year ago and I still have nightmares about my experience. Very old and outdated strictures. Electrical system shouldn't be allowed by fire code. Multiple instances of no water for a day. Hot water tank in my building exploded leaving no water for many hours. Pool is not maintained and turned green during peak summer demand. No security officer. If you value your safety and money don't lease here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the last place you want to live they can’t keep an owner they sell the property constantly. They cut the water off for “maintenance” all the time and not to mention they bugs they do graciously gift to you at move in and you have to pay for the exterminator which does absolutely nothing. Oh and the CPD had told them they need more lights, cameras, and a security officer because they have a consistent problem with theft over here which they do not disclose. When my car was stolen they sent out an email telling people there had been break ins and to

Do not move here! An apartment above us had a leak and damaged our ceiling and floors, they NEVER fixed the huge brown whole in ceiling. We were very concerned about mold! Also trying to move out is a JOKE very greedy apartment complex that could use A LOT of updates! Customer service in the leasing office is also TERRIBLE!

I have lived here a while, have many fond memories. Recently the complex was sold and the maintenance and service has declined. Staff is friendly but mostly unhelpful. Decisions are made at corporate office out of state. Many long-term residents including myself are leaving. I'm going to miss the view.
