I haven't lived here in awhile, but I felt obligated to write a review. The cost for a rundown 1 bedroom apartment was ridiculous. Not to mention I only had 1 tiny drawer in the kitchen. Also, the carpet was OLD. The person who lived there before me had a dog. I found lots of dog fur behind the washer/dryer and on the sides of the oven. The biggest thing was when they turned off the water for maintenance, but did not turn it back on. The people in the office left for the day. No note on the door or anything. I did my own research. I called the maintenance person. I asked who the plumbing

This place is itself a bad neighborhood. There are frequent car break ins and the security will boot your car if your sticker registration is expired, they will look for any reason to squeeze money out of you. Parking is difficult to find. The walls in these apartments are thin, you hear everything. The staff doesn’t address any issues, there hasn’t been an upgrade to this place since the past 4 years. This place is not worth the new price of $1200. You will be receiving low quality for the price.

Worst place to live. Never update the pool chairs, all the all the lounge chairs are torn and weather beaten so good luck laying down on those. They never add umbrellas to the table that have the holes for them. I think there is one good chair and one umbrella that actual word(two umbrellas total)Never clean the grill or put new bristle brushes to clean the grill so take your own grilling utensils. They can up the rent add more fees that if you add them all up come out to a lot more that a public utility light or water bill will be. They are in a contract to boot cars and I’m sure they get a

I REALLY enjoy living here! I've been renting for over 12+ years and this is by far my favorite place! i really struggled finding a place prior to moving here and I wasn't sure if I would even have a home at all. Luckily I found this place and I feel safe and at home! I am REALLY appreciative of the staff for working with me through this difficult time we are all in and being very patient and cooperative with me. Living at Mountain Run was a complex experience. The first apartment we moved into was on a lower floor and it was truly a nightmare. It was incredibly (unfathomably loud) at all hours of the day in a lower apartment. Yet, the property managers understood and let us transfer units (part of what I appreciate about the property). We transferred to a beautiful upstairs unit that was literally the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. It was gorgeous and so wonderful to live in. I appreciate the attentiveness and care the property managers give and their responsiveness, especially with maintenance

#mountainrunapartments DO NOT LIVE HERE! Would you pay $1,200 a month to live with this? In “luxury apartments.” Where are you are woken up by a strange man unlocking your front door and coming into your… apartment? No work order, no 24 hr notice, and detailed instructions that no one is allowed to enter my apartment without previous consent because of a similar issue happening before.  check out my “luxury apartment” living conditions: DO NOT live at Mountain run Apartments! It has been over a week and not a single return call from Evelyn the leasing manager or FPI Management as to why they made up damage that was not there to rip us off of the deposit. We found a place to live, had to pay for 2 more months rent and all of their bogus common area charges and this place is a dump. Ants, rotting stairs, collapsed landing, appliances, dishwasher and clothes washer so loud you had to leave the apartment when they were running. They never came to fix outside security lighting after 3 request. These people are awful and are only interested in your money, your safety and

I have barely lived here a month and I already am very dissatisfied with my experience with Mountain Run Apartments and the management there. Someone entered my apartment WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WITHOUT ME REQUESTING A WORK ORDER. The problem that was fixed was NOT an emergent issue, and not to mention MY ITEMS WERE RUMMAGED THROUGH. I am a single female and this is VERY unnerving to me that a man was in my apartment without my knowledge going through my belongings... I called the office about this issue and Victoria is a NIGHTMARE and gave me the run around as well as being just plain RUDE. Faith

Mountain Run is awesome. Everyone in the office is so unbelievably helpful, and really help to accommodate for needs. They communicate very well and fast, and are kind humans.
The apartments are fairly priced and beautiful spaces. Great bedroom sizes, awesome nice kitchen, and wonderful community.
So many amenities too!! Pool, spa, gym, so great! Fantastic choice for an apartment. Nice area is NE ABQ too!

I've lived here less than six months and I can't wait until my lease is up. First, there's NO available parking after about 9pm; it is a large complex, so you have to walk very far (if you're even lucky enough to find a spot). Second, living quarters are tiny, the updates are cheap & there is barely any storage. Plus, no utilities are included. Third, the "amenities" are laughable. Fourth, I'm a nurse and work at night, so I sleep during the day & more than once maintenance has come into my apartment & scared the crap out of me yelling "HELLO

This place is hillarious .. water pressure sux. Small living quarters. Wayyyy overpriced for what you get.. management is apathetic.. just had one of my cars booted because the tags were expired ( it's a classic car I don't drive much).. was told if I don't pay the boot fine in 1 hour it will be towed.. asked the manager why I didn't receive a notice or warning.. manager told me the boot and fine was a warning..when it snowed it took them a week to shovel and salt the walkways.. this place is not well maintained. No security. Always seeing broken car windows. Dog crap everywhere

I actually liked LIVING here. The problems have all come up 9 MONTHS after our lease ended and we moved out of state. Apparently the promised credit for referring new tenants when we left was not honored, despite us being told all was clear with zero balance after we paid the last month's rent and utilities. So due to that, they JUST NOW send us to… a collections agency. 9 MONTHS LATER. No written bill sent to us. No notice of balance. No attempt to contact us....the management company who we moved in with was great. This new one should be shut down by BBB. After accruing 15% interest while

Mountain Run is one of the best apartment complexes in Albuquerque. The location is great - close to the mountains, around the corner from Smith's and restaurants, somewhat secluded. The apartments are nice, and they include fireplaces which I think is cool. Best part of living here is the management and staff. Everyone is awesome. Matt and team rock, and the maintenance team is so friendly and quick to help. Sad to leave this little community because it was always great to live here.
