I emailed, called (VM full) and text so many times. No one ever responded after multiple attempts. This seems like an organisation I would not trust to rent from.

I didn't know if I opened the door to a double booked apartment or if it hadn't been cleaned. We spent the first hours of our trip finding a store with cleaning supplies, finding a laundry mat, washing sheets, washing towels, and cleaning the apartment. Had things been clean it would have been alright. The location is nice and the apartment is cozy. I have tried to contact the owner several times...but no such luck. Don't stay here unless you want to clean up after the previous renter a get zero contact from management.

I stayed here while traveling for work. Sure, the apartment has cute decorations, but the AirBnB listing said it has an A/C and it does NOT. Not even a fan. Texted, called, and messaged the host a ton of times to see if they had a fan or anything, and they never responded. It was unBEARably hot and I spent half the night on the phone with AirBnB instead of sleeping and being ready for work the next day. Do NOT book this place (especially in the summer)!!

Thank you Walter and the CAJ House! My tenant was displaced for over a month due to water damage from an upstairs contractor. CAJ House came to my rescue providing my tenant with a secure, cozy, lovely furnished apartment in a great Boston location. CAJ House is so nice I hope my tenant comes back! TY again! :)

I stayed in a studio for a few months here while I was a summer intern in Boston. Both of their units are in great locations in the heart of downtown Boston, with basically everything you need close by. The room was well-furnished and the AC unit worked well (very clutch in the summer) - it's a great place to crash and be comfortable when you're not exploring the city.

Also, they were very responsive when I had housekeeping issues: for example, they immediately replaced my fridge with a new one when I informed them the one in my unit broke.

I have stayed at Caj house for a few months for work and it was lackluster experience. The rooms are decent/okay, but you can do that if you bought everything from Ikea, it does not have that historical feel I come to expect from the Tremont area of Boston. It's livable... I guess.

The biggest problem is that the owner does not believe he lives in the 21st century. The TV for entertainment is quite small and poor quality, my grandmother has a better TV and she's dead. The channel selection on said TV is piss poor, unless you're into 20 channels of Spanish TV and Fox. They sell the

I spent a memorable stay for three months in Boston on an overseas work attachment to Quincy Medical Center in Quincy Center with CAJ House, Worcester Street.
My initial correspondence with CAJ House was helpful, professional and hassle-free. This was a real boon when you are bogged down with office work back in your home country. The last thing you want is to have your booking, deposit transaction and confirmation delayed causing unnecessary anxiety. I had none of that. It was fast, professional and pleasant.
My check in upon arrival was easy and wonderful. I was very happy with my deluxe Apartment

I am a two-time CAJ House guest and I'm sure I will be a third and fourth returnee as well. I stayed at the Worcester St. location for a few months (end of Jan-March 2013) and I honestly could not have been more pleased with my stay. The staff is beyond friendly and quick to respond to even the smallest issue. My room (the Bohemian garret) was just what I needed in terms of quiet and comfort. As a single girl, I never had a worry about my safety in the neighborhood and if you don't take advantage of the boutique shopping, you're missing out. I highly recommend CAJ House and hope

I just finished a four month stay at CAJ House at their 45 Worcester location. I found them on the internet and booked based on the reviews I had read here on Yelp. To my delight I was not disappointed. From the moment I arrived I had the feeling that this was going to be a great place to spend my time while in Boston. The apartment (#8) was everything it promised to be and the view from my window overlooking the tree lined streets during the fall months was breathtaking. For me it's all about comfort and cleanliness first and foremost. I need to be able able to sleep in comfort and

I stated at CAJ house on Worcester street for three weeks in September 2012. It is a great position in a nice neighbourhood, close to all the action, but on a nice quiet and peaceful block.

Mike and Walter could not have been more helpful right from the start of the rental when there were some issues with my bank, through to when I was leaving and they called me a cab and helped with my cases. No query was too much and I always recieved a prompt response.

Weather was unusually hot this summer, so the air con was a definite bonus (not something I had had at my previous appartment). Bed

I stayed at CAJ House 2 times over the past 6 years - the first time at the Worcester Street location, and most recently for the month of Dec 2011 at the Tremont Street location. I have lived on and off in Boston proper for 15 years, and know the neighborhoods, price of rentals, and hotel costs very well. I can attest that CAJ House offers an incredible value for a furnished studio in a prime Boston neighborhood (South End).

Of the 3 rooms I stayed in, all have either hardwood floors or laminate floors that look like hardwood - my preference over carpeting for cleanliness. The mattresses were

I stayed at CAJ House on Tremont over the Christmas holiday. It was great! I love the beautiful brownstone building and the location on Tremont in the South End is perfect. My room was completely spotless which is a must for me. It was a very comfortable place to stay and I will definitely go back. SO much better than staying in a chain hotel.

I stayed for a week at the CAJ house and consider this a fantastic alternative to a hotel. It seems they normally rent on a monthly basis, but rentals for a week or more are also accepted, albeit at a slightly higher rate. (Though significantly cheaper than even the most basic hotel in downtown Boston.)

The apartment I stayed in was at the 45 Worcester Street location. (They have 2 locations, one at Tremont and one at Worcester.) When I arrived, someone met me at the front door to let me in and hand over keys for the week. At that point, I felt like a resident in a stylishly decorated studio apartment
