There's actual customer service and there's doing the bare minimum so you don't get sued. Generally, Addison Lane was an alright property to live at, more expensive than what it's worth, however, their new management company uses some borderline predatory practices after you move out to nickle and dime you, though they do enough CYA to technically keep it legal. Despite me updating my forwarding address more than 30 days in advance of my move out date, I never received a notice from Addison Lane, either by mail, email, or phone that I was charged with any damages to the apartment nor was I obviously

Lived here for a year and it was a good experience. It’s at a better price than most around town, pet friendly and in a good location close to everything you’d need (Wal Mart, Publix, Campus, etc). Management has always been very responsive, friendly and helpful when I had the need to reach out. My apartment was recently redone prior to me moving in with brand new appliances and cabinets, all of which were very nice. The facility is being improved as well, with a new fenced in dog area and new entrance to the complex being built off of SW 24th Ave.

Decent apartments, but management is horrible and delights in lying, double-dealing, and stealing from tenants. If you want to have any money or dignity left in your life, avoid this place like the plague.

I’ve been a resident at Addison Lane for two years now! (And it would be 3 if I wasn’t moving out of state) ever since I moved in the staff and management have been friendly and very helpful! Maintenance is fast! My ac broke and within less than 4 hours it was fixed. My pets and I love it here and we hope you do too!

The apartments are a decent size, but please look elsewhere, especially if you have a family unless you’re moving to the back of the complex into a renovated apartment. I come from the Bronx, and when you go from living in a place like that to a decent place like Gainesville, you overlook certain things because it’s better than what you’re used to and that’s not okay. Initially I wasn’t told that there was construction happening directly in front of my apartment before moving in, I found out the same day I drove from New York City to Gainesville FL to move into Addison Lane, no problem

If you live between the pond and back mailboxes expect flooding when it rains. I'm 6'3 and it was almost knee high in spots. Personally, my apt was never breached, but I suspect it does have something to do with the constant repairs that had the water shut off with little warning and great frequency. And for those keeping tabs on the infestation, add another mark under the 'ants' column. To their credit, I didn't have a single roach. I'm curious to see what would happen if the 'ant', 'roach', and 'ant+'roach' people plotted themselves on a map; I'm imagining a slightly overlapping pair of circles

I have been at Addison Lane for 8 months. The one bedroom is perfect price and size for me. I had to have maintenance come out a couple of times and they came out that same day and fixed the problem. I like that I can take my grandkids to one of the two pools when they visit me. Everything that you need is a short drive away.

I can’t complain. I have lived in addison Lane apartments from Dec2019- now December 2020. The place is affordable and comfortable. The rental comes unfinished, which was not an issue for me, and with new appliances. The only down side is that my apartment in particular did not have a washer or dryer but I do know some units come with them. If you’re looking for a small space for one or two people that’s not going to break your bank. I would highly recommend addison lane. Don’t leave out anything outside like plants n’ such because some people tend to take them.

Yes the apartments are small, but the location and price is great. The renovated units are done really nicely with granite countertops. Danielle at the front office is great, she has been super friendly and is one of the main reasons I signed a lease here (always answers the phone with a smile in her voice).

This 5 star goes to Danielle in the office. She’s sweet, blunt, and does her job well. The apartments are very affordable and have been recently updated. The only issue I have had is with Cliff who once told me, “if you go looking for mold in every corner we would have to tear the whole building down”. This issue has since been resolved and no, they did not have to tear the whole building down. Overall though, maintenance is quick to assist in anything I have ever needed and the property management company, Pinnacle, is making great strides to improve the property even further.
