1505 Demonbreun Apartments

This place is ridiculous. Insane even. Parking here is monitored like we pay by the hour. People getting booted nightly even though they live here. My roommate just showed me an email the manager just sent out and now they’re going to be towing our cars for even more reasons. The cars we pay to have monthly parking. They say this place is high end but that a joke. I don’t think they’ve ever cleaned the carpet or the elevators. Definitely not in the few months I’ve lived here. AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely the worst apartment building I’ve ever lived in. This was sold to me as a “luxury” building, but I assure you this is anything but. The elevator is always broken, hell I’ve even been stuck in it upwards of 4 times. The “secured” parking garage is always broken. Today our vehicles are STUCK in there and we cannot leave because the garage door is broken. In the other “secured” parking garage there are break ins all the time. A Tenants motorcycle was stolen right out of the garage and the building management did absolutely nothing about it they wouldn’t

1505 is amazing! Location/parking situation is ideal for those new to the city. It has a friendly community and easily the best pool in Nashville (great sun).

Moved here in February and on my move in day, coming from DC, the property manager was unable to deliver the keys to me. She told me my lease would start a day later. This was unacceptable and I requested her honor the terms of my lease, to which she became angry and very unprofessional towards me. I also did not have access to internet or cable for 10 days.

The management is powerless and rude. The building is very dirty, both floors and walls. My actual apartment had a severe ventilation issue which the apartment management agreed with but was not willing to fix. The ventilation issue ruined a lot of my furniture but the management didn't care. Only good thing is the location but I have now seen many more apartments that are cleaner, cheaper with just as good of a location.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY and hated that they took the attitude that everything was not their issue!!

Sophie Lauder was so helpful during the move-in process! She made sure that we were always updated and understood everything. She was very sweet and made us feel at home and excited to be apart of the community! Overall the experience was awesome and we look forward to moving in!

The 1505 apartments seems to be beautiful and luxurious but once you move in it's not that at all. You start to see trash in the hallways every single weekend and it seems more like a frat party than a living space. The pool in the gym are probably the best selling point of the whole complex but besides that everything else is a façade. I will say that my neighbors are very kind and I do enjoy them but most of the staff here is just trying to make their next deal. I have been living here for almost three months now, and love it! Hands-down the best staff I have ever had at an apartment complex. Sophie was amazing helping my roommate and I move in and is always happy to help us with any questions or requests. The pool and other amenities are kept well and I enjoy them all, plus you can't beat this location!

In January of this year, we received a water bill of $140 (my roommate and I in a 2/2). Last year between June and December our water bill averaged $25 each month. It kept getting worse. Between January and May, each month our water bill was $135+. That makes no sense right? Especially because I was out of the country for 4 out of the 5 months. When I finally got back in May (3 days before our lease ended), I complained to the leasing office. We moved out and they did nothing for 4 months. We asked the leasing office to check the meter, any leakage etc but they did nothing. No responses to emails

For the past 3 years in Nashville I have lived here at 1505 Demonbreun Street Apartments. Being new to Nashville, 1505 as a whole has welcomed me with open arms. The staffing here has changed multiple times throughout my years here, but I believe only for the better. Rosie and Sophie have done everything and more to help make my time living here enjoyable, safe, and comfortable. In fact, they have done such a great job at doing that I recently decided to make it an even “4” and renew my lease for another year.

I lived here for two years while going to grad school at Vanderbilt. We primarily picked this apartment due to location, and it LOOKED like it was supposed to be 'luxury' online.

Apartment Finish:
I was incredibly disappointed with our interior. The 'hardwood floors' are rolled out pieces of plastic that look like hardwood. It very much has the appear of faux luxury and is fading quickly. Our amazing 'downtown view' was of an empty lot and the apartment complex. Not so appealing.

Grounds:
The pool is gorgeous - it is definitely a selling point. The gym is fine.

5 star service, team is incredible and knowledgeable and they aren't switching employees every month like most apartment communities. Same staff the entire time I've lived here which is huge for me. I want to know the office staff knows who I am and cares and that's exactly what I get at 1505. Can't beat the prime location and incredible unit finishes.

I have lived in 1505 for a year now and LOVE it! The building is clean, amenities are great, and the management team is amazing! It is also in a great location and not far from many of the other hotspots around nashville! I would def. recommend 1505 to anybody!

As a current Resident, soon to be former, I can not stress enough how awful this place is to live in. It's truly a glorified frat house. If you care about sleep, this isn't the place for you.
