My husband and I have lived at the Carillon over the last 3 years and have nothing but truly incredible things to say. We've lived in several different units here and they have all been wonderful. Aside from the units, we've also loved the amenities. The gym has great equipment and is always very clean. The location is top notch as well. Germantown is Nashville's best kept secret and the Carillon is in the perfect location. Above all, we love everyone in the front office. Carillon is one of the best apartments in Germantown. It's centrally located so everything you need is walkable and the Sounds stadium sits next to the complex, so you can sit on your balcony and listen to the games during the summer! After moving around Nashville over the last four years, the leasing staff here are by far the kindest people I've come across living here and they're the most personable as well, so they're always willing to help you with any issues. The amenities are amazing too and if you have a pet, the dog park on the rooftop is super convenient when you don't want to walk them

Absolutely terrible move out process. Effectively on the hook for the previous tenants issues because we moved in during covid and nothing had been replaced.
Their carpet cleaning company arbitrarily claimed stains that didn’t exist. Photos provided showed dust.
The staff are unable to assist in any major issue. Don’t rent here. You’ll lose your deposit and the some.

So I flew into Nashville from 750 miles away to find an apartment & I thought I got lucky when I signed a lease for this place. Then 2 weeks before I'm supposed to move in they changed their mind due to the residents rescinding their 60 day notice 45 days later. Left me in a pinch & I had to scramble to find an apartment online. Instead of telling the residents that due to the fact that they put in a notice & they leased the apartment already they were obligated to leave. I had a lease & the ppl there DID NOT & told me it's my problem. Their way of making it better

I've lived here for four years now and it's still the best place in Germantown. Carillon offers all of the best amenities with by-far the greatest pool in the neighborhood. Situated right beside the Sounds baseball stadium and great walkability to downtown bars & restaurants. Construction is good enough that I never hear my neighbors as well. Teresa, Mytch, and Austin in the front office are grade-A professionals. Thanks guys.

My experience with The Carillon has been a positive one since the beginning.
From looking at available units, to signing the lease, details needed for the move and then the move-in itself, I couldn't have done it without Teresa's help and prompt responses to my endless questions.
Moving from PA to TN was not easy during a pandemic and she helped keep some sanity intact. Even on move-in day she popped in to see if we needed anything.
The repairs being done from the Tornado were less than ideal for a couple of months. But, since arriving in May, it has been as good of an experience as it could

Positives: The location is incredible---near the Farmer's Market, Sounds Stadium, Bicentennial, restaurants, shopping, etc. Germantown is honestly one of the best neighborhoods in the city, and the views from the Carillon are great! The staff is also incredibly kind, and the maintenance crew was on the ball. Oh! And the pool/outdoor area was amazing. They do a great job with the upkeep both outside and in the individual units.
I lived there a year and a half & truly enjoyed it.
Negatives: If you live in any unit on the 5th Ave side, the beeping from the library construction is 6am-6pm, 6 days

When I first moved in I thought these were nice apartments, but shortly after 8 months I had numerous issues and concerns. I had pest issues (ants appeared every few months crawling through the cracks of a baseboard due to poor sealing where flooring met a window and the wall). Also, the office staff did a great job at blowing you off, leading you to believe that issues would be fixed. I had numerous issues I reported. And then at move out I did not receive my deposit back, when my apartment had been left more clean than other complexes I had moved out of. My experiences with other apartment complexes

Updated Review: Many doors in the apartment complex have been broken for 4+ months... tons of excuses as to why the doors can’t be fixed but no real work done. This will become a safety issue in the winter, and it clearly isn’t a concern to management.
Will be discussing the process of renewing my lease, so this review will ultimately depend on how I am treated.

I've lived at the Carillon for almost a year now. When I first moved in it was great and so was EVERYONE that worked here. In the last few months a new managment company took over and they are absolutely terrible. Very rude, won't honor previous agreements, wont take responsibility for anything, tell you it's not their problem and to contact the old management group, etc. They could care less about us as tenants. I wouldn't extend my lease with this new company if my life depended on it. I can't wait to move out in April.

My fiance and I were one of the very first people to move into the Carillon in June, 2016. We met Rachel the day we signed our lease and she has made us feel completely at home. She has provided the best customer service for any questions or needs we have had around the apartment. Not only has she treated us well, I always see her with a smile on her face when speaking with current and future residents. She is great! We are loving the Carillon, overall! Glad to be here!
