I've lived here for four years and so sad to have to leave! I moved to Nashville for school, and 909's amenities and awesome team made things so much easier for me, especially with my hectic schedule. The living space is wonderful, clean, and well insulated (definitely nice on the electric bill!), the package room allows me to pick up my deliveries at my convenience anytime of the day, fitness center is super clean and lots of equipment, the business center definitely got a lot of use from me as a student. As great as most things are here, we have been living here for 2 1/2 years. We have had 3 car break in and 1 vehicle completely stolen the apartment complex refuses to put up more cameras inside of the parking garage there's no locking mechanisms on the front door or on the elevator if you're looking for somewhere to feel really safe not probably the best place to live.

I moved to Nashville with no idea where to live and toured a ton of places. I ultimately decided to sign at 909 Flats because of location, price, the layout of the apartment, and the Assistant Manager who gave me an amazing tour! I loved EVERYTHING about living here. I had absolutely no issues with noise, maintenance, or any amenities. I loved the pool, gym, sky lounge, farmers market, and especially the staff. I only moved because I had to relocate for work. Would recommend 909 to anyone!

I moved into 909 a couple months ago and I am in love! The building is always so clean. The location is great with so many new restaurants and bars popping up in the area and it's such a short drive downtown. The staff are AMAZING-- so kind and always so helpful. Plus the fact that parking is included and that there's free guest parking is a huge bonus you won't find many other places. And the farmers market is just across the street!

I moved in here at the beginning of November 2018 and have loved it so far. The location is great and only minutes from downtown. I travel for work frequently and love that the garage is gated to keep my vehicle safe while I'm gone. It seems like there is always some type of community event going on and all of the residents have been friendly. There is also a great free coffee bar with coffee/espresso/cocoa/etc. The best thing so far to me has been the employees. The office staff and management really make an effort to learn your name and are always super easy to get in contact with. When

Very happy with my experience here at 909 Flats. The staff has always been so helpful for any issue I have. The turn around for the issues I present is very quick. Complex is always well maintained and taken care of. Super clean, no issues with anything on the grounds.
This place has a little bit that sets it apart.
The staff - Everyone has been nothing short of professional to me. I try to interact with them a lot to keep a nice relationship with the complex and they make it very easy to have that.
The parking garage - Hotel style with a pull up to the lobby and 6 levels to park on.

Been living here for 3 months with no complaints! Would recommend the 909 to any style personality.
^^ left the following comment 9 months ago and have felt SO strong about how much I loved this place until my disappointment in all the changing of staff / management - I was one of the first tenants to move in here and never had an issue until this change occurred. Such a bummer to have to give my 60 day today due to such a discommoded complex.

The friendly staff and unique floor plans make this the best community in Nashville's upcoming neighborhood! With the convenient location you can walk to more than just the Farmer's Market, you have the Nashville Sounds, Predators, Titans, Topgolf & you can get to Broadway within minutes walking. 909 Flats is Nashville's best hidden gem! Love it!

Me and my husband stayed here with another couple March 13th-18th. Booking was a super simple process, and everything was as expected. And maybe then some!
The property is brand new, and was still being worked on when we were there. Even with the construction workers, we were never bothered by noise or any type of interference. If you didn't already know it was going on you'd have no clue.
