Definitely their goal must be corporate housing. We were 20 year homeowners who needed to find a rental quickly. The application process, the race to beat someone else with a deposit to secure the property, and the lack of a professional to walk you through the process ... 👎🏻 Enjoy the $100 application fee. We went with another property management group who was personal, patient, and helpful. If you're dealing with non-corporate renters - they may need more assistance. 🤷🏼♀️

My husband had a heart transplant at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, and we had to stay close to the hospital for a month after his release. With little lead time, I called AHI about renting a place, and they had a one-bedroom furnished apartment available. It was perfect - clean, well furnished (pots, pans, everything), easy to lease, close to the hospital.The young man I dealt with, Drew Moore, was exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend AHI for this sort of thing!

Furniture is old and delapidated. Refridgerator nonfunctional. Apartment amenities not as advertized.
They did come out and the new couch, chair (which I didn't expect) are great! The AHI team has always been first rate. I think the problem was mostly with the apartment owners who are a separate organization. Thanks AHI!

I attempted to use AHI to rent a furnished apartment for two weeks for my visiting parents on the recommendation of coworkers. In the middle of discussions, AHI Representative inexpicably stopped responding to any emails or calls and possibly even hung up on me in one instance. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I sold our home quicker than prepared. We had a 3 week interval before we could move into our new home. AHI saved the day! Everyone was nice, the apartment was clean, nice and perfect, Everything the team promised went according as planned. No surprise charges, etc. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

My husband and I planned a trip to Nashville, TN to attend the CMA Music Festival in June. We decided to rent a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo from AHI because they had a property in downtown Nashville within walking distance to all the music venues (and just 2 blocks from Broadway and the Hockey arena). My sister and brother-in-law were also coming. They normally do more long-term rentals, but they worked with us on this short stay. The location could not have been better. And, the condo was awesome! The views were outstanding and the layout perfect for us. Plus, I can see how this condo would be great
