From The Heart Yoga & Tai Chi Center
It continues to be a challenging time to operate as a business with this ever-changing situation. So far, we are doing it thanks to the community here at From theHeart! With the rapid spread of the Delta variant we are updating our policy for attending classes in person. At this time, we will be requiring that all students attending classes be fully vaccinated and wear masks.

For those that are not able to attend due to these new requirements we will continue to livestream all classes on Zoom. We will be open at 100% capacity beginning 6/22 and masks are no longer required statewide. We highly recommended Full vaccination for your health and the health of those around you.
Services
This class is for all levels of students from beginner to advanced. The focus is on completing the first routine in this system, Tai Chi Jeung. Other areas of focus will be chi kung, standing meditation, and push hands practice. When the first and second routines are completed and memorized, you can then move on to the Tai Chi Continuing class for advanced studies.
Part of being optimistic is keeping one's head pointed toward the sun, one's feet moving forward. There were many dark moments when my faith in humanity was sorely tested, but I would not and could not give myself up to despair. That way lays defeat and death. If there was ever a time for a worldwide test of faith and hope, this is it.
If you are new to the practice of Yoga, or wish to refresh your foundation, this is the class for you! In this class basic yoga postures will be taught to strengthen and open the entire body with emphasis on breath work and alignment. Learn to soften, become sensitive, set your foundation and open to a larger energy.
Meditation is an indispensable practice for maintaining balance and clarity in everyday life. It is one of the major practices in yoga, you do the physical practice of asana to help prepare the body for the deeper states that can emerge through meditation. In this day and age, to sit quietly with the self and allow the body and mind to release stress and fatigue is of great value.
