Your fitness plan is greater than the sum of its parts. Strength training, flexibility, cardio, and recovery are all great on their own, but work better together. With multiple fitness rooms we cover all of the essentials with hot yoga, barre, indoor cycling, strength training, meditation and more.
Join us and you'll feel good about the balance in your life - in and out of the studio. Activities like hot yoga lengthen and stretch muscles to help prevent injuries, pain, and balance problems. Loose, well-stretched muscles will allow you to achieve a full range of motion. Cardio exercises like indoor cycling are great for the heart, lungs, and waistline.

Services
We believe in the transformative power of fitness - it's a mind, body, spirit thing. We're a community of teachers, supporters, and practitioners here to offer you love on your path of mindful movement. What makes YogaFever different from other studios? Put simply, everything's better together. We offer classes for flexibility, strength, cardio, and recovery that, when taken together, bring balance to your life as a whole.
Our studio is your space for transformation. While classes focus on the body (flexibility, strength, cardio, and recovery), we want you to feel peace and fulfillment at all levels. We've cultivated a space that will provide support as you move forward in your goals. Your time at the studio will feed not only your body and mind, but also your soul.
Flexibility is about more than being able to do the splits. In fact, it's great cross-training. Working on your flexibility decreases your overall risk of injury and increases performance as well. Your muscles will be able to move through a greater range of motion with less energy. Regularly practicing yoga is a great and fun way to keep your muscles lithe and limber.
Cardiovascular conditioning is more than just moving your limbs. Experience the euphoria that only comes with pumping your heart rate and giving it your all in indoor cycling + cardio classes. Ready to burn calories? Cardio exercise is great for the heart, lungs, and yes, the waistline. And if the healthier body doesn't convince you, regular cardio exercise such as indoor cycling has also been shown to reduce stress.
Push yourself to be stronger - your body will thank you for it. Strength training has benefits like improved posture, better sleep, increased bone density, weight loss, and a boosted metabolism. You'll also see the results compound and improve performance in cardio and flexibility exercises. Combining cardio and strength training for this 60 minute class.

I have been practicing at YF for about three years now. I have also tried out several other yoga studios around the GR area within that time. There are many wonderful studios in the area but I wholeheartedly believe that YF is the best. The studio is very inclusive of all skill levels and anything else for that matter. All of the instructors focus heavily on proper form while simultaneously creating flows that are fun and challenging. The studio also offers classes outside of yoga such as barre and spin for those who might not prefer yoga or for yogi’s who want to mix things up. The environment

I love being a part of the YF community and am extremely grateful for this studio! The instructors are all welcoming and knowledgable. It's the yoga that I started coming for but they offer other varieties of fitness classes. I am working on building my strength (my spin bike is almost never in the red and I'm usually the one with 5lb weights in fit) but I always feel encouraged to show up exactly as I am. If you are looking for a new place to workout and a great community of people to do it with then I'd recommend giving Yoga Fever a try.

Took a 6am hot yoga class w Jamie. It was unlike any other class I've taken. The studio is modern with a fireplace. The lights were very dim. I enjoyed that. Jamie was a fantasy instructor who welcomed intuitive movements. She introduced me to some flow sequences that I have never experienced before. I really enjoyed the class. The best part is that it was only 10$! I would've enjoyed a higher heat but it was still a great class for all skill sets. Thank you!

The staff including the owner are very friendly! The facility is very clean. I’ve taken a handful of classes from spin to nighttime yoga and have loved them all! They offer a wide variety of classes for all ranges, from beginner to advanced. Highly recommend. I can’t wait to officially get my membership.

Trying all the variety of classes here! I love that they have so many so I can switch up my workout and not get bored. Yoga flows are fun and creative and all the teachers are great! They have pop up classes too; did a yin/sound bath pop up and really liked it! Which surprised me because I normally don’t love slower paced. Cycling is a great cardio workout; 30 mins is all I need to get a great workout in! Tonight I tried their barre class and didn’t know what to expect, I’ve tried barre at other places and didn’t love it but this class might easily become a favorite of mine at yoga fever

Yoga fever is an amazing place but an even more amazing community. The owner does classes right beside you and is always there for support. The classes are life changing and the mindfulness they practice really helps in day to day life.
Clearly if you haven’t been, do yourself a favor and come on in!

A great studio if you're look for variety of classes and convenient times. I love that there's barre, spin, yoga, and strength training/HIIT type classes, on every day of the week. It can seem a little intimidating if you're not already "in shape" because most everyone is already pretty fit, but if you get to know people, they're really nice and supportive.

I love the community and the instructors at yoga fever, the facility is amazing, and I always leave feeling centered. Shannon does an amazing job not only guiding my asana practice, but also making me a better yogi every day. I have had amazing experiences in every style of yoga at this studio, so don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone here. Peace.

I recently joined and got an awesome deal on the unlimited one month ($79) for new students. Everyone has been inviting! I love the variety of classes - yin, candlelight, hot vinyasa, cycle, barre, and more. I’ve been looking for a clean and friendly studio that offers a range of classes.
The instructors seem intentional and it shows.

Beyond thankful for the welcoming community I found at YogaFever! There's always more than enough kindness to go around. The yoga classes are meaningful and uplifting in addition to the workout.
I joined the 2021 yoga teacher training this year and am finding it not only informative but transformative. I've grown and healed and stretched in so many ways. This truly is a wonderful family to be a part of!

A one time try and will return...maybe? The $17 one-time 'pop in' is a bit on the high range. I check out studios all over the country and the range seems to be $5(suggested donation) in Athens, Ga to $12 on the beaches of Florida. Found on the Mind Body App. When I'm in GR again, I plan to check out other studios.
Side note: They do have the 30 days for $39 - so, if I loved it and I'm in town a week - it may be more cost effective to go this route. Always options.

Loved it so much! Really easy check in process. $39 for 30 days. Everything is clean. Kelly was wonderful as my first contact and AMAZING as an instructor. They have free little towels. It's definitely hot in the studio. I worked hard and I feel great! Thanks Kelly for helping me feel welcome! I'll be back!

Did the one-month unlimited classes trial, and i found this hot yoga spot to be mostly comparable to Twisted Hot Yoga on East Beltline, but i must also add that its by far the most tastefully decorated yoga studio I've come across in GR and that it has a very spacious lobby and practice room. I really dig their minimalist, white & orange color scheme they have going. Their classes are vigorous and worthwhile, although they always seemed a bit sparse as far as attendance (not a bad thing per se and it could just be i was attending the least popular class times).
I really enjoyed practicing
