Baseball park right behind building C, noisy due to it. the only Air conditioning is an AC built into the bedroom wall. the heat is forced 70° and won't go lower even if turned down on the thermostat. the tub drain was extremely nasty and somewhat moldy when i moved in and i told the landlord to have nothing happen.
